Friendly service, good value, but the bed was hard and the carpets were stained and didn't appear clean. Out of the way location, far from main drag and restaurants. However, fast and clear internet and TV cable services.

The rooms were clean. The bed was hard and not very good to sleep on. A pillow top on it would have made all the difference. The breakfast was marginal at best.

There is only one light near the bed. It covers the entire length of the bed and know way to set the lighting. If the light is on, it is bright!

We stayed for one night on the way to Bend. The property is slightly out of the way on the southern end of Klamath Falls but it is not a big city so it is still easy and quick to get to the main area of town.
The room was a little small but clean. And a big plus is that it had 2 queen beds (rather than doubles) - ALWAYS appreciated!
When we checked in, the person at the front desk told me that we could get passes for a free game of bowling at the bowling alley next door (and there was also a discount on food there). Also, there was an indoor/outdoor heated pool and a hot tub that was open until midnight. We did not take advantage of any of these opportunities but they seemed like plusses.
The hotel has free wifi, which is great. It was easy to connect to and the speed was good although I did have a couple of emails and websites where the pictures would not load - not sure why.
The room was very quiet. We were next to the ice machine and never heard it or really any noise from the hallway. Our room overlooked the train tracks and I really only heard it slightly - not enough to keep me up.
Although the view really wasn't much to speak of, we actually could see Mt. Shasta far in the distance from our room.
The room comes with a small refrigerator and a mini-microwave. We didn't use either but they could be useful.
Outlets are another nice to have. Unfortunately, there was really only one available at the desk, one between the beds, and one on each side of the beds. Not a lot for 4 people all with computers and phones needing to be charged, etc.
The bathroom was a bit small. The sink, toilet, shower were all in the same room. There was not a lot of counter space. The towels were a little small but fluffier than I expected. The shower pressure was good. There was no lotion provided and 1 small bottle of a shampoo/conditioner combo.
The breakfast was a bit paltry. My breakfast-loving son didn't find a lot to be excited about. It is free so that is good.
