I just spent the better part of the afternoon learning how to cook a few classic Asian dishes: salad rolls, Tom Kha soup, and pad Thai at fuAsian. I was with several friends, and Thu Ha, chef and restaurant owner, patiently led us through step-by-step in the preparation of all three dishes. Not only that, she gave us plenty of tips to enable us to personalize the dishes to our own tastes. And of course we got to eat all of our creations!
I was unaware of this tiny gem of a restaurant in Lake Oswego, but I will be bringing my husband here for dinner one evening very soon. Friendly and very personable, Thu Ha along with her husband and small staff will delight you with attentive service while dazzling your tastebuds with true Asian cooking.
