Baywood Shores Bed & Breakfast
Ranked #1 of 8 Lincoln City B&B and Inns
Reviewed 13 August 2012

The Cape Cod room was the largest and most well appointed B&B room that we have ever visited! Its openness, light colors, large windows, and huge indoor jacuzzi tub for two with the window overlooking Siletz Bay made it both relaxing and romantic. Other amenities included a flat screen TV and a small private balcony, a delicious breakfast, and a large and very comfortable common room with great views of the bay. You can also enjoy strolling on the bay beach or just sitting in the yard fronting the beach and observing the changing tidal scenery and wildlife.

We stayed in the colorful Cape Cod room and had a truly marvelous visit with our hosts, Gary and Judy. They are also great chefs as the breakfasts are truly a gastronomical delight.
So filling that we didn't need to eat lunch. And what a view of the Siletz Bay! A photographer's
wonderland. We'll definitley be back for another visit!

Room Tip: Two rooms.Captain's Quarters room is darker. Cape Cod room is more colorful, lighter. Both have...

The location is amazing because of the scenery and access to the shores of the Siletz Bay. The owners/proprietors are among the most friendly people I have met. The accommodations are extremely comfortable and clean. The breakfasts they made (served at 9 AM) were extremely filling; so much so that we didn't need to eat lunches while we stayed there. The owners are what really make this place special. They bent over backwards to make our stay special, and make us feel special. I didn't feel like just another guest like I might if I stayed at a corporate chain hotel, or even some of the BnBs I have stayed in.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Cape Cod room. It was wonderful.

I chose this B&B as the first stop on our Oregon coast honeymoon, and we were not disappointed! I've stayed at B&Bs across the nation, and I will say without hesitation this was my absolute favorite! We stayed in the Captain's Quarters, and the room was exceptionally roomy and felt decadently romantic. Spacious windows overlooked the bay from our dining table downstairs, and from our room. We especially loved the very roomy jacuzzi, where we could relax and look out over the bay below. The bed was so comfortable I felt I was sleeping on a cloud, and both breakfasts were truly gourmet. I didn't get to meet Judy and Gary, as they were away, but their interim innkeeper, Coral, was warm and welcoming, and an outstanding cook. We both highly recommend this B&B!!!

Room Tip: The Cape Cod room, which we got to peek into, is light, bright and airy, whereas the Captain's Q...

We stayed in the Cape Cod room for 1 night. The B & B is extremely clean and cared for and situated right at the waters edge. Our room was light and airy with nice views of the bay, and was quite quirky having around 30 model sailing boats dotted everywhere including the cupboard - the complete opposite of a corporate cookie cutter room and was fun. The friendly owners strived to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. We enjoyed our early morning walk on the sea shore and our 'Dutch Baby' breakfast. Would stay again.

We LOVED this bed & breakfast and the hosts, Gary and Judy. The breakfasts were outstanding, the room and the home itself was amazing, and the setting was just lovely. We enjoyed the in-room hottub while drinking wine and looking out the big window at the ocean tide. It was as if we'd always been good friends with the owners--they made us feel that at home! If lucky like us, you might even get to share an evening by the outside fire right off the ocean. We'd highly recommend to anyone!

Innkeepers Gary and Judy were exceptionally friendly. There is a low-price gourmet restaurant in walking distance; I had a good 3-course prix fixe for only $25. Breakfast was wonderful and not too big. Will definitely return when I'm next on the Oregon coast.

Room Tip: Only 2 rooms; both very good; Cape Cod room is brighter
