Casinos are wierd places. The power structure that holds such a place up can fall short in many areas, especially in customer service. This casino is a little smug and sure of itself and offers very little spontaneous cordiality or friendliness from the guys in middle management here. I don't think they really care about the average guest who is going to come in and gamble, tossing about 50 dollars in until it is gone. I guess the mangers are all really sure of their jobs. The food in the restaurant is sometimes very good, and you never really know when that some time is going to be. I get the feeling like a really big big monopoly and corporation is running this casino and all of the little nobodies are not very important to them.
