My Husband and I needed a really low key relaxing weekend after a hectic couple of weeks and we found it at the Coho. The room was perfect for our needs. Great view of ocean, perfect little kitchenette, really nice bathroom w/ spa tub, very comfortable king sized bed. It was very quiet in the room except for sound of pounding surf that we loved. The added luxery of great coffee and french press was a nice treat. (will have to invest in one now cause were hooked) The hotel had a real nice variety of movies to rent at a very resonable rate. The only thing I can think to say as a negative and this is a very minor thing was it was extremely hot in the breakfast room. Btw the breakfast was better than most.

We are pleased to hear your stay provided a much needed getaway from a few hectic weeks. The tempature of the breakfast room is easily controlled - I will remind the staff to watch this more closely. We hope to see you again soon.

This was a great room...amazing view, comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, etc. The only problem was that the shower did not drain quickly (which could probably be easily resolved with Drano or something).

The beach was a short walk down the road and easily accessible. Also, the breakfast was much more than a traditional continental and very satisfying :)

I ended up staying in the family suite, which was very nice, comfortable, quiet and a beautiful view right on the ocean. I really did enjoy my stay, but wanted to bring up a few things. No elevator. We stayed on the third floor and my mom has a bad foot, and she had to walk up/down three flight of stairs. Really should have an elevator. I felt the place, or at least the room we stayed in was a little spendy. I felt like they were trying to make this place a ritzy place like you would get in the city, but the feel of the hotel and quality of items are never going to make it feel like a real ritzy place. We really enjoyed our stay, but the Ritz it isnt. If you get a good price for the room, you cant go wrong

We were pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay in one of our family suites. While we do have elevator and/or ground floor access for 72% of our rooms there are 18 rooms with only stair access. We should have done a better job during the reservation process to qualify your needs.

We stayed here for three nights and we enjoyed it very much, but it wasn't worth the $180/night we paid. The hotel is located directly next to the beach and our balcony offered a beautiful view. Our room had an electric fireplace which warmed the room very quickly. When I went to bed I was very hot even though we had the fireplace off and the doors to the balcony open. I'm not sure why, but we could not cool the room down very well. The bathroom was very clean and the shower-head was big enough for two people. The bed and linens were very soft and plush and comfortable. The people at the front desk were very helpful and kind. There are three firepits outside for the guests to use and for $50 you can purchase a "bonfire kit" which includes all the makings for a fire, s'mores, a blanket, and a book of local ghost lore. I asked for one when we checked in and the woman at the front desk said she would get one together and bring it up to us. My husband went and got it so she didn't have to leave the desk unattended, but I think it was very nice of her to offer to bring it, especially since it was very heavy. There is a small indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi which were clean and nice, but the water in the pool was very cold and unfortunately they don't allow alcohol by the pool. I think she said at the front desk that the pool is adults only for the last hour but it would be nice if they expanded those hours because we only got to enjoy it for 15 minutes before someone brought a small child in and ruined our peace. The continental breakfast was amazing! Coffee, tea, juice, make your own waffles, bagels, fresh raspberries, cereal, muffins, biscuits and gravy and more! It was delicious and filling and the attendants did such a good job keeping the area clean and well stocked. For a free breakfast we were very impressed. What we liked about this place was the view, bonfires, and the wonderful service. The hotel was recently renovated. The walls were painted warm colors and the decor is very modern and funky, but you can still tell the building is old. The first night we were parked in a small covered parking area that can fit maybe ten cars. When we got up the next morning and went out to our car, there was a man in the car next to us who he told us that his car had been broken into that night. So that was scary. For the price I don't think I will stay here again. Sure the view is great but there are many oceanside hotels to choose from. Because it is a small old hotel, renovated to be modern, it didn't have the luxurious feel I was looking for.

I wanted to thank you for your recent review. We plan to extend our adult pool hours based on your recent recommendation. You bring up a great point and we’re making that change this week. Alcohol consumption in a pool facility creates a high potential for health risks and guest disturbances therefore that must remain as is. The heat issue you mentioned was a heat motor valve that needed to be adjusted and it has now been corrected.

We take guest safety and security very seriously at Coho - We have staff onsite 24/7 and routinely monitor the property. We assure you that any and all disturbances are immediately dealt with the upmost concern and the Coho is a safe place.

Again, thank you for your feedback and we hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you in the near future.

I wanted to do something special for my boyfriend for our anniversary. I saw some pictures of the Coho and called to see what they could do. Krystal was amazing. She was so patient and explained exactly what they offered and the extras. We had a GORGEOUS sunset suite which was even more beautiful than the pictures or what was described. The view was amazing, fireplace in the room, and the jetted tub was heaven. I ordered the romance package which spoke of rose petals in the room. These were not just tossed around by some flower girl. EACH rose petal was individually placed all over the room. The staff was friendly, all the comforts of a large hotel, but in a smaller more personal/romantic atmosphere. It was also a 5 minute drive from the casino, which was convenient, but you'd never know a busy casino was so close. Great location, gorgeous room, and great staff. Can't wait to go back!

We stayed at Coho for 5 nights and could not have received better service!! The room was very nice with a great view. The bed was very comfortable we were able to get a great nights rest each and every night. There was no reason to leave the motel in the mornings to eat breakfast out because the continetal breakfast was great. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. We got great directions to and from various outings plus they helped us find a place for a wonderful Italian dinner. The house keeping staff also did a wonderful job in keeping our room as nice as it was the very first time we walked in.

This was our first overnight stay in Lincoln City, we researched many hotels/lodges and finally decided on the Coho Oceanfront Lodge. We are sure glad we did, we were in town early so decided we would ask to park in the lot and walk downtown, the front desk asked if we wanted her to check on our room, it was ready and we were able to check. I had ordered the romance package, 50 dollars extra, why not, my wife's worth it. We walked into our room and it was amazing, we were on the third floor new portion of the lodge, the large balcony overlooking the ocean was incredible. Rose pedals were placed throughout the room, a bottle of wine was chilling on the table, chocolates and a single stem rose was also included. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and being able to check out of the lodge at 2PM the next day, all part of the romance package. We enjoyed in so much we are going again next month, the staff was great, especially the front desk. Thank you very much.
