My husband and I stayed in the Modern Ranch cabin and it's a beauty. The cabin and its
outdoor spaces create such an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. It is obvious that a lot of thought and care went into the design and furnishing. Amazing place to unwind- can't wait to go back!

Cottage#4 Great room for a couple to stay. Nice living room with a flat screen tv over the wood burning fireplace. Kithcen was more than adequate for cooking some great meals for breakfast and dinner. Quality cookware and appliances. Bedroom had a super comfy feather bed you just sink into. My wife and I loved the bed. Only thing missing here would be a dresser with drawers. Spent alot of our time here outside on our private patio. Table with chairs, lounge chairs, bbq/fire pit, and a jacuzzi. We ate most of our meals outside. Nice touches throughout. Bose cd player in bedroom. Great bath products. Orchids in every room. Very clean cottage. The grounds were beautifully landscaped. Very nice owners and staff.

This will be a difficult review because it will sound trite compared to our actual experience.
We got a recommendation from Reddit and booked online two days before arrival while we were traveling. Booking was seamless.
We pulled into the parking lot and were immediately charmed. We got out of the car and walked over to the communal fire pit where a warming fire took the chill out of a cool, damp day. This was the first of many surprises, big and small, but all pleasant, that we would experience over the next 18 hours or so (regretfully, we could only stay one day). In the office we were greeted with an offer of a generous glass of wine or a selection of local brews. My wife chose Pinot Gris and I opted for two different microwbrews. We were shown to our room. Wow! We passed through our private sunning garden, past our private sauna and private hot tub to the front door of our cabin. Inside soft music was playing from the downstairs and upstairs Bose sound systems. A bowl of fruit and the makings for smores (for the fire pit) sat on the counter. The kitchen was fully equiped with quality appliances. The decor was modern, comfortable and tasteful. We were occasionally startled by cougars, but they were pillows that did not bite.
As the hours went by we continued to discover little touches that amused or comforted us, or otherwise made us feel welcome. For example, there is coat rack on the wall by the front door that has a beach bag, umbrellas, and flashlights, so we could carry towels to the beach, stay dry, or find our way to the fire pit at night to roast marshmallows. The bed is heavenly, huge, and comfortable. The shower is very roomy, fitting two with ease, and has three shower heads, one a rainshower, and all have sufficient pressure. We were there from 6:00 PM one day until 10:00 AM the next but left with feeling pampered and relaxed, and the feeling persisted for two more days. I have to say to the proprietors, who I did not get to meet.....bravo...well done! We stayed in room five, so I cannot comment on the others, but hotels rooms everywhere in the world dream about one day growing up to be Coast Cabin #5.

My husband and I spent two nights here. It is clear the owners take great pride in their
property. Everything is top quality and the attention to detail is remarkable. We were offered a glass of wine at check-in. There were orchids on the table and in the bedroom.
The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. We were able to
have a fire in our outdoor firepit and enjoy a glass of wine on our private little patio. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice romanitc getaway.

one of the most intriguing lodging situations I've been in. these guys have great taste and an eye for detail. very restful and friendly. spring for the biggest cabin you can afford-you'll be pleased. stay at Coast Cabins and eat at Bread and Ocean down the street. climb Neakahnie Mountain and shop in Cannon Beach and Manzanita and Wheeler. sit by the fire at Coast Cabins at night, especially if it's raining. you'll love it there.

We went for a two-night birthday celebration and were greeted with a full bowl of fruit and chocolates and a bottle of wine, as well as orchids galore, in our elegant but tiny cabin. Every detail had been exquisitely thought out, from the luxurious "fur" throws on the couch to the fresh coffee beans and grinder in the compact but light-filled kitchen to the wood-stocked stone fireplace and the new line of high-end toiletries in the bathroom. What we loved most was the ambiance, both interior and exterior--the fine furnishings and art inside, and the landscaping and secluded hot tub on our private patio. The vibe is contemporary Pacific Northwest meets classical Asia. There were a few tiny glitches--the bed was a bit large for the bedroom and the cooking knives needed sharpening--but these were minor. Owners Gary and Pawel are wonderful hosts and went out of their way to ensure that we had a wonderful time, even showing us their newest cabin, which was just getting readied for its first guests. We didn't hang out making s'mores at the fire pit in the evening, but that looked like it might be fun, and the woodsmoke smelled wonderful. The beach is just a few blocks away, and the best restaurant and grocery store in town are right around the corner. We left feeling rejuvenated and pampered. This one is a definite winner.

My husband and I have stayed here twice when we are down on the Oregon Coast. These cabins are so quaint and cozy. The bamboo gardens are beautiful and are the perfect privacy screen. The art in amazing as well the fire pit.
