“Absolutely amazing!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 February 2014

It's hard to explain how beautiful this Inn really is. The views are breathtaking. It reminded us of Tuscany. Our room had a fireplace and was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The wine was very good. We loved everything about it. It was the perfect place to spend our anniversary. We appreciated the hospitality of the owners. They also gave great dinner recommendations. We look forward to staying here again next time we are in Oregon.

Hi JodiKK,
We enjoyed having you stay with us. I remember the conversation we had about how Youngberg Hill remindes us about Tuscany and how we had the same feeling and views. Anniversaries are extra special for us and we love celebrating milestones on everyone’s journey. We can’t wait for you to come back and share more stories with us. Until then, Nicolette

The perfect setting for a romatic get-away! Our hostess Becky welcomed us with a delightful glass of Pinot Noir and showed us around this beautiful B&B. Our room (Gamay) was comfortable and the view of the Willamette Valley was outstanding. The fireplace in our room added warmth and character. We did a wine tasting one evening of the Youngberg Pinot Noirs and they were all rich and delightful. Although it was cold outside, we did take advantage of the relaxing patio area to relax and enjoy the view. We would highly recommend this B&B for a relaxing get-away!

Room Tip: Gamay Room has a wonderful view of the Willamette Valley

Hi TravelinLady
It was wonderful having you with us. The Gamay room with its big fireplace is cozy and romantic. December is a great time of your to stay with us and tour wine country. The Inn is quiet and many times you have the whole place to yourselves. Touring the valley in December is also a great time of year as you meet with many winemakers or assistant winemakers as their summer help is gone and you have their full attention. There are also many things going on inside the wineries that are fun to experience and see. We look forward to having you back again for another romantic getaway and glass of Pinot!
Cheers,
Nicolette

Top quality lodging in a great location with beautiful views and a winery to boot. We woke to a pink sky over the vineyards with Mount Hood in the distance. Very friendly staff. Definitely will stay there again.

Hi Joroahen,
We are so grateful you could stay with us. The views are so stunningly wonderful but a pink sunrise over the vineyard and distant mountains is an extra special moment. That with a cup of coffee on a crisp November morning would be a great way to start your excursions in wine country. We look forward to having you back on your next trip to Oregon. We will have a glass of wine waiting for you when you return.
Cheers, Nicolette

All around perfect stop to experience the wine growing region around McMinnville. Beautiful views, comfortable rooms, great breakfast. We were visiting family in Washington and decided to start the trip off with a visit to the Willamette Valley.

I have stayed at Youngberg Hill for the past two years when I visit the Williamette Valley. It is situated in a great location with access to many vineyards in the area. The wines at Youngberg are great as well - so enjoy the tastings! The views are absolutely breathtaking - be sure to watch the sunsets!

We stayed at Youngberg Hill for 3 fabulous and memorable days and 2 nights. The view, facilities, service and people were all of the highest quality. For me, the Youngberg Hill experience starts with the amazing view of the Willamette Valley and mountains. We experienced seeing amazing sunrises over the Cascade Mountains including the volcanoes Mt. Jefferson, Mt. Hood and Three-Finger Jack from our BED. We could walk (and I even did a short run) about in the fabulous vineyards. We had very nice and personal wine tastings each day at 4:00. Youngberg has very good Pinot Noir. The staff was very friendly. We would definitely go back again.

Room Tip: Stay in the Martini room it has the best view and includes a balcony.

Hi Larry,
What fun it is to read your review. Three days in the valley is a great way to explore Oregon’s wine country. I think of Youngberg Hill as a ‘Bucket List’ place that everyone should come and experience at least once in a lifetime. Oh, to run ore even walk around the vineyard is a beautiful way to reconnect with nature. The reward of making it back to the Inn after a good workout is a glass of wine. We look forward to having you back soon.

A great choice, very central to the wineries. Very friendly hosts! We stayed in the beautiful Jura suite--highly recommended! Breakfast was great too, and restaurants are a short drive away. Note for sports fans: No tv in the rooms although the wifi is free.

It’s wonderful to have had you with us. The Jura Suite is wonderful to see the all the views of our beautiful valley. It’s true we don’t have any TV’s in the individual rooms but we do have two house TV’s for our sports fans. We are huge Nebraska and Oregon fans on this hill so we are as passionate about it as any sports fan. We look forward to having you back soon.
