“Knowledgeable Desk Clerk”
Reviewed 24 April 2014

Great little hotel just 5 minutes from the Air & Space Museum. Front desk clerk was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. She was able to direct us to a restaurant with great food just down the road from the hotel. Room was clean, comfortable and up-to-date. The hotel had a small selection of Oregon wines and other beverages....even provided wine glasses for the Pinot Noir we purchased. Overall, a lovely experience.

Room Tip: No room service or restaurant is available here but plenty of options nearby.

The room was very clean. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was fine, however not much seating. Gal at front desk was very friendly. I forgot my pillow and they sent it to me immediately. Great service. Great value when you compute in the savings by not having to go out to a restaurant for breakfast. Would stay again.

Our family took a mini vacation to McMinnville to see the Air and Space Museum and poke around town. We spent a night at the Red Lion Inn. Overall, I think we were satisfied with the experience. The front lobby staff were friendly. We got a double queen room with a hide-a-bed which suited our family of 5 just fine. The kids made good use of the pool, and we all got enough to eat at the free breakfast the next morning. Nothing fancy, but a good clean place to spend the night.

This hotel was was exceptionally clean. The floors were always spotless, the bathrooms shining, it really surprised me how well they have their stuff together. Good continental too. Not the worlds fanciest hotel and it's not intended to be. Just a good overall hotel while traveling in the road I would come back.

I stay at this hotel quite frequently and am happy hotwire finally downgraded them from 3 star to 2.5 stars. I stayed in room 116 and there was no water pressure at all. Also most of the rooms I stay in the sleep button on the remote hardly ever works. King beds are super soft so if that's not your style get the two queens. Workers are all polite, pool needs cleaned and painted and hot tub is Luke warm.
All this being said it's probably the best place to stay and I do keep going back!

We had dinner reservations for Valentines weekend and there was no where to stay in town. We thought we would have to settle for something below what we were looking for to avoid driving home in bad weather after dinner. We were pleasantly surprised in this motel and we truly enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and the staff was exceptionally nice. The only small criticism was the size of the breakfast room and the lack of places to sit and eat. Food was cold and there were just too many folks there... Not really the fault of the motel. It might have been better earlier in the morning.

I stayed here on February 10th thru February 12th, this hotel was great. Friendly staff clean room, and plenty of parking. The only problem that I found was the hot breakfast they served was cold, but well stocked with breakfast items. The only thing I wish they had to make it more better is a store with food sense there is no stores in the area and only a McDonald's for food next door. And other things like tooth brush, tooth paste, shave cream, or razor. So a small on site store would be nice! Other than that all of my stay was great. Also there is a big indoor pool on site. I would defiantly stay here again in the future!
