We stayted two nights in June at this charming B&B. Kristin is a lovely innkeeper and her staff is very welcoming. The place is very beautifully decorated and very clean. We were in the Wine Country room and had our own private balcony where we enjoyed a bottle of wine. The bed was very comfortable. The town of Chehalem has a couple of upscale restaurants, and we dined out one night. The second night we opted to get food and bring it back to the B&B and enjoyed watching a movie downstairs in the cozy living room which also has an extensive library of books for guests to enjoy browsing. The homemade breakfast was a real treat. We will definitely be back the next time we are wine tasting in the area.

Room Tip: Wine Country Room was lovely, beautiful view and private balcony. Spacious bathroom with whirlpool...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views were beautiful and the breakfasts were outstanding. Afternoon cookies were a nice touch. While the rooms are small, they do have balconies that offer privacy and breathtaking views of the valley. We would definitely stay here again when we are back in the area. Very conveniently located to the many wineries in the area.

We have stayed in many B&Bs all over the world and never have we experienced this level of thoughtful detail! From the refrigerator of chilled, bottled water, to the laminated maps of walking trails hanging by the front door, to the sunglasses and sunscreen at the outside breakfast tables, these innkeepers have thought of everything! We stayed here for three nights while attending a nearby relative's graduation and were impressed with the entire experience. The room was spacious and very comfortable, the view was outstanding, the breakfasts were excellent. We were in the High Desert Suite, the newest room, which has a large private deck with radiant heaters.

Room Tip: There isn't a bad room in the place! The High Desert Suite is the largest and has a comfortable...

The inn is nice. It is situated about 10 minutes from the town of Newberg. It has beautiful views (though our room overlooked the parking lot and main road). It is incredibly clean and the innkeepers clearly go to pains to keep it "sparkling." Our room was small and tight for two people. It was well appointed though, with ironing board, nice toiletries, etc.

The innkeeper was away during our stay; her parents were lovely. We didn't interact with them very much but that's because we were out and about, not at all because they weren't available or were unfriendly.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Kristin with a tour of the B&B, great information regarding winery's and dining. The amenities available in the room and throughout the B&B was great. We really enjoyed the tasty baked macaroons she leaves out for everyone. Kristin was extremely helpful with helping us plan our wine tasting tours daily. The Coastal room was very cozy with an awesome romantic view of the town. Although it was cold we were able to sit on our deck for 3 hours with the deck heater keeping us comfortable. I can't rave enough about the wonderful and delicious breakfast that was provided every morning. If you are a foodie, as I am, you will surely be impressed with the fresh baked scones, homemade preserves and salmon quiche. Kristin's culinary skills are exceptional. I'm still thinking about her homemade granola! Thanks Kristin for making our 17th Anniversary stay wonderful. You have a beautiful place!

Room Tip: The Coastal room has a spectacular view!

My wife and I and another couple were visiting the Willamette Valley for a long weekend and much to our delight chanced upon Chehalem Ridge B&B. The property itself is lovely, well designed, well kept and with marvelous views out over the valley. The Innkeepers were warm and welcoming, and very ready and able to help with information and recommendations about the region. We were extraordinarily well satisfied, very comfortable, and will certainly stay there the next time we are in the area.

Room Tip: There are several rooms with balconies looking out over the valley, as well as several, I believe, w...

We stayed 2 nights (along with my husband's brother & sister-in-law) and had a wonderful experience from arrival until we left. It's a beautiful home "away from home". Every room is well appointed & comfortable. It was so relaxing. Our breakfasts were delicious. It was very apparent that a lot of thought, planning & "heart" went in to Chehalem Ridge B&B. I would highly recommend! We will be back!
