My wife & I pulled into Ontario, Oregon & ended up at the Sleep Inn in June 2014. We were greeted by the front desk clerk & with a little pleading were given a senior rate without belonging to AARP, etc. We found our room to be okay, nothing great but clean & comfortable. You can tell you are in a budget motel by the single ply tissues present. There are a few fast food places just a walk away & we slept well. The provided breakfast was okay, nothing great but adequate. The staff seemed friendly & ready to serve. I would stay here again but don't expect it to be a 5 star place.

Room Tip: This hotel is right off the freeway, so ask for a quiet room. The air conditioner made enough sound...

We chose this Sleep Inn because we had stayed there one night several months ago and it had been a good experience. This trip we were not as pleased. We had a king bed room and the room was clean except the carpet was stained and felt dirty. The carpet looked in good shape except it really needed a good cleaning. The carpet in the hallway and on the stairs was even worse. There was a very dirty traffic path which made the whole area feel dirty. My husband's biggest complaint was that there was not a luggage stand for our luggage. When he inquired about one he was told that none of the rooms had one. The bed was comfortable, the room quiet, and we did have a good night's sleep. The breakfast offerings were very basic, not as good as we find at most Choice Hotels brands.

We found this Inn to be clean with very comfortable bed and everything you would need in the room.
The staff was courteous and friendly, the continental breakfast was good, the motel is very convenient to the interstate and any shopping that you would need for the rest of your journey. Wingers next door was good also.

I have stayed at this hotel more than once during road trips. Location is right off the highway. Rooms are clean and comfortable, though the bathrooms are small with shower stalls (no bathtub during our last stay). The price is good for what you get. Continental breakfast is nothing to write home about, but it is decent. I would stay here again in the future. Friendly house staff, from the front desk to those cleaning the rooms.

We spent one night, arriving after 8:00. The staff were quite nice and helpful. The room was what one would expect at any decent Sleep Inn - clean and comfortable with a good TV. The Winger's restaurant next door is an added plus. This isn't luxury, but simply a good place to stay at a good price.

I stayed here with my three daughters for a fun family night. When we booked it, they didn't tell us the hot tub was out of order (it was also out of order when my in-laws stayed here months ago). Someone who seemed to be the owner called me "disrespectful" and self-righteously chastised in front of my daughters as we were leaving because we didn't clean the room before we left. He wasn't aware that I had left a large tip to for the housecleaning (my single mom worked as a housekeeper for years) for the minimal mess we did leave. The other staff was nice and the room was good for the price. The girls enjoyed the pool. Small continental breakfast and tiny fitness room. The rooms come with a microwave and a mini-fridge.

Room Tip: Just spend the extra ten and go somewhere nicer. There's a reason this is the cheapest place in...

Stayed here three times on business. It was clean, service was good. My bed was comfortable. The room is small but this isn't a hundred bucks a night either. The breakfast bar is acceptable, some fresh fruit, yogurts, waffle machine. The doughnuts looked like they were Hostess or something. Coffee was fresh. I'd stay again on a budget.
