We had a very nice stay, overall nice place. Couple things should be changed; they are NOT strict with the 10:00pm quiet time. Our neighbors (2 nights) were extremely loud/rude & KOA night guard did nothing! Bathrooms were kinda old & gross. Need to replace shower heads (yuk) & clean more than once a day! Staff was very nice & helpful. All 3 ladies in office were friendly & cheerful. Will be back with family, Thx for a great first KOA experience.

Good people, breakfast available at site, well run campground. Quiet time was quiet even though the campground was full. Staff was very helpful. The camp sight was enough off the highway that there was very little traffic noise. I had a powered tent/camper site. The power worked.

Room Tip: Great camp sight, quiet, safe.

After traveling around in a 5th wheel and staying in many typical RV parks across the country I found the Lincoln City KOA to be quite a pleasant surprise. Well stocked store, clean restrooms and a very friendly staff. I would like to say a special thank you to Jackie for giving myself and my family the "utmost" in customer service. All KOA's should hire employees like her. We really enjoyed the ice cream social and the fact that Ruth and Jackie welcomed my husband to come up and sing with them. Our stay there was definitely a pleasant experience. Hope to go back some day.

Initially pulling in to the camp ground I noticed how nice it was there. Easy access to all sites, very well kept, nice campground hosts, and just over all pleasant. We got checked in (sort of hard because we somewhat flustered the lady checking us in) and found our site and got pulled in. That's when the disappointments started. The back-in sites so confusing and very close to each other. The sites may be long enough for our 30' trailer but the space between is very small and the fire pits are ridiculously placed. Either too close to the trailer or your neighbor. So between us and the other two people we were traveling with we decided on the best possible fire pit, but it turned out to be for the space behind us, but it was less then 5' from the back of our trailer.
We were able to manage well for the first two night, then on the 3rd night when the campground filled up was when we had a problem. They were using that fire place (which was fine) but like I said it was 5' from the back of our trailer, which means that they were too. It was somewhat noisy and sounded like they were practically in our trailer talking late at night. The next day when they got up super early we again felt like they were in our trailer because of how well we could hear them. Then their kids were running between our trailers to get to the playground across the drive from our trailer and not paying attention to the cars driving there.

The laundry room was nice and clean as well as the bathrooms. The store was VERY stocked and they had firewood and propane for sale there. Its definitely nicer then some campgrounds I've stayed in, but way too crowded and close that we wouldn't stay there again.

Over all the park was nice enough but because of the closeness of the sites and the unpleasantness of our stay at times, I couldn't give it more stars.

Our cabin was very clean. Quiet neighbors. Property owners or managers good in spirit. They have food and ice cream, but we were to late for any. Good size town. It will have everything you probably will need.

We moved here from Hawaii, and Matson would not bring our container up N.E.Park Lane to our house. We went to the KOA campground to find out if we could rent a space to put our container so we could transfer our stuff to a U-Haul truck for the trip up the hill. We spent alomost two weeks doing our moving, and met all the wonderful people at the campground as well as some of the travelers. We were treated as neighbors and friends by all we met, and we continue to go to the convenience store at the office and buy our propane there. We look forward to stopping by for the Sarurday ice cream social during the summer, and maybe playing some music with the local bards.

Room Tip: small cabins are cool, especially for a break from the RV (or kids_) Plenty of room for towed extra...

This KOA is located just east of the city. 10 minutes drive to downtown. The weather is nicer here as the fog does not quite make it to the KOA. Although Lincoln City is quite windy at times, again the wind is not a factor at the KOA. The park is nice and he staff is fantastic. Th ice cream socials re a highlight. The KOA fence borders a pastor and my seven year old likes to feed carrots and apples to the three horses there. The park security is really god. The wireless is pretty fast and the location of the KOA is very convenient to Highway 101. I highly recommend this KOA. The rates are very reasonable. We had a 24 foot travel trailer and our site as a pull through. The KOA store has everything you need. The bathrooms and showers are really nice.

Room Tip: All the sites are great.
