We visited Hamley's for lunch on a group excursion from our riverboat cruise. The old-time atmosphere of the dining area and the bar are quite interesting, and the food was very good considering that it was a group function. Our choices were limited, but everyone at our table was very pleased with both the quality and the quantity of the lunch. This may be the first place I ever saw warning signs above the entrances to the restrooms about mature art being displayed inside. It was fairly tame, but probably a good warning for any parents with small children. We also wandered over to the adjacent saddle shop, which has a beautiful array of hand-worked saddles as well as lots of other Western memorabilia and souvenirs. It was a very nice stop in Pendleton.
