Great burgers and seafood. Visit just before or just after prime hours for quicker seating. We always stop when passing by.

Heard this was a good place to eat so we walked into a very tiny crowded dining room and all the tables were full. No one except glaring customers acknowledged our entrance. We took a walk and return ed about 7:30 knowing they stopped serving at 8:00. Again no one acknowledged our entrance including the waitress at a table by the door. One table was available. Because no one offered any information and there was no sign, we assumed it was seat yourself so we took the open table. After 5 min and still no acknowledgement, we grabbed some menus. Shortly afterwards we overheard employees complaining that we had come in so late and just took a table. We of course got up and left to enjoy great food and service at the restaurant on the dock.

Came back just to eat lunch here on a Thursday because it is closed earlier in the week. Small dining area. We got there about 11:45 a.m. and were able to get a table, but a wait list started soon after. Service was good, fish and chips with the homemade coleslaw and tartar sauce was very good. My husband had BBQ oysters and a shrimp taco which he said were fantastic. Had a number of great looking homemade desserts on their menu but we were too full to try any.

Check days open before you go as they are seasonal. They do to-go orders of fish and chips. It was worth the drive back for lunch.

We heard this was the most popular place in town so we gave it a try. We both agreed the clam chowder was delicious. The fish and chips was nothing special as far as we were concerned but then we don't eat a lot of fried food. The merionberry pie was excellent. If we go again we will definitely try something different.
