My husband and I stayed here over the weekend of Feb. 22nd for 2 nights. This is a fantastic place, very close to NW 23rd Ave. which is great for strolling, shopping and eating. It's also very close to just about everything else you'd want to see or go to. The staff is fantastic and they even upgraded us to the 'party room', a spacious, quiet suite (#411) with a King size bed and view of Mt. Hood. This has become my favorite 'go-to' place to stay when in Portland, whether on a trip with my husband or meeting up with old friends.

Room Tip: I feel that all the suites are great!

Had a great experience at the Park Lane.

Very good location, convenient to downtown and Burnside, but still quiet.

Value is very fair. Felt like we got a lot for the price we paid.

Rooms are nice, we had a "suite" which includes a living room with a hide-a-bed, a well stocked kitchenette, and a bedroom. Very clean, and my only very minor complaints are the bathroom was small, and the beds weren't super comfortable.

Service was outstanding. All the different people we talked to were very helpful, overly friendly, and always willing to offer up coffee, orange juice, and oatmeal for our room.

All in all, a great choice for Portland, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Portland is my new favorite in the US!!! This place has really contributed to it. We wanted something with parking included since we were traveling through for some days. We stayed in the separate building which seemed brand new. It was all very fresh and clean. I'd surely go back here and would recommend it to you!

I just completed a three week stay at this Portland "gem". My son and I arrived after a grueling road trip from Ft. Worth, Tx. From the minute we walked in we were treated so kindly by the entire staff. They were ready with restaurant recommendations, transportation schedules, etc. The lobby is always stocked with beautiful fruit, wonderful teas and local Portland Roasters coffee. You also have local papers as well as the WSJ every morning.
The entire staff, from the general manager to each member of the front desk team and the housekeeping professionals are to be commended for their willingness to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I will be making several trips to Portland in the future and will always stay with my "family" at Park Lane Inn and Suites!

Room Tip: Great views from fifth floor main hotel rooms facing the city-511 is a great 1 bdrm apt.

We had a wonderful stay, especially in the main building in a 1 bedroom suite which was on the 5th floor with great mountain views - on a clear day. The suite was clean and comfortable, it included oatmeal and orange juice for the first morning. The front desk staff was very friendly, helpful, and informative. We received great recommendations for restaurants and shopping, which were very close on 23rd street. There is on-site parking is definitely a plus. In addition, there is free wifi with a printer available in the lobby.

Room Tip: During this visit we stayed in the main building with the suites and the smaller inn across the street. We thought that the suites were definitely better, the rooms were larger and the heaters did not make as much noise; we will ask for these rooms next time we stay in this hotel.
