“A must see!”
Reviewed 26 July 2012

We walked everywhere. The trails through the forest are great. The Rose Garden was intense. Their was live music, a train to the zoo, Japanese Gardens and a Holocaust Memorial. All were well worth the time and money.

“Nice but Price an issue”
Reviewed 25 July 2012

Understand most cities have to work within budgets and maximize income but fee structure for gardens should be more creative. We paid the $7 per person fee each time we visited the different gardens. How about a one day fee for all gardens with some savings? The Rose Test Garden in Portland was free on this same trip of ours. Was tough to pay so much here. A unique experience but too pricey at the end of the day.

“Incredible shades of green”

Gorgeous! Best to explore when the trails of Hoyt Arborteum are dry. Other locations are fine year round. Wonderful picniking and play areas.

“So much to see in a very good way!”
Reviewed 24 July 2012

So big and vast with many hikes, paths for jogging, tennis courts, gardens, statues, great picnic areas to bring with wine and chese, and very romantic. Had a very nice date there and many other visits with friends and my family....
