I've stayed here several times over the last couple of years, most recently the weekend of 2/18/12. The rooms are clean, comfortable, modern, and include a 'fridge that isn't loaded with stuff the hotel is trying to sell. There's free internet access, wired and wireless. The hotel is convenient to downtown shopping, Powell's books, several good restaurants, and more food trucks than you can count. We also like the restaurant in the hotel, The Original. I typically park in the US Bank lot that is one block north on Oak, which was $23 for 24h and allows you to come and go as you please. Valet is available for $29, but I have never used it. The fitness center is small, but adequate, especially since I've been the only one there every time I have used it. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I can usually find a $79 - $99/night discounted or AAA rate. For such a nice, convenient downtown hotel, that's a great value in my book.
