We chose this hotel because it has a pet friendly policy. The price for two adults and a 17 year old grandson was 135 + tax for a Friday night, which led me to believe it would be a nicely furnished, up to date lodging. The room was drab, trim on bathroom door coming off, and no movies to purchase on the tv. I expect a fair price for the room would have been $100 in the airport neighborhood. Staff was friendly but had no idea if there was a pet walking area on the grounds!

Stayed here before for 2 nights in June of 2014, no problems, enjoyed our stay. NO mention of this great charge, that there is NO GUARANTEE that you will receive back. Booked it today thru Orbitz, when checkin time came, room NOT ready, had to wait over an hour. We did. Then, another older couple who had checked in before we got there, came down very unhappy, they wanted to change rooms cause their room Smelled like cigar smoke. That upset the front desk clerk, who then took an attitude and here comes a big fee. With No definite answer as to how soon after check out we would get this charge credited back. Never did answer. Cancelled thru orbitz, and went to the Shilo who charge 25.00 a night for incidentals. Why the huge difference.

Room Tip: When we stayed in June of 2014 for 2 nights, we enjoyed it. Were NOT charged this outrageous incidental fee. Total new group of desk crew, they have a hard time I was told, by another employee keeping staff.

The room was great with 2 flat screen TVs- one for the parents and the other for the kids. Kids should bring headphones so you don't have volume wars with the TVs. The room was very clean and I love their beds.

Stayed one night en route to coast Easy and pleasant check in. Bed comfortable and room clean. Breakfast good. Only complaint was its a tiny room with not enough seating and we ended up standing in parking lot eating breakfast! Admittedly a holiday weekend so perhaps unusual.

This hotel was clean and conveniently located to the airport and had a great restaurant that is open 24 hours (Shari's) right across the street. We had a suite with 2 queen beds and a pullout sleeper sofa - it was a nice spacious room. It was also easy on/off the freeway and close to shopping. The value for the price was good. We were there with a large group for a softball tourney and there were some miscommunications between the staff that shouldn't have happened. We were told at check in that our breakfast was to be served in a separate room from the normal dining area by 4 a.m, as we had early morning games and needed to grab something quickly, but when we arrrived downstairs the first morning at 5:50, they weren't even done setting up. Then the hotel's airport shuttle driver left 10 minutes ahead of the scheduled time, even though we had reserved spots on the 4:30 am shuttle to catch our flight. We came down at 4:20 they were already pulling away, leaving us, and 2 other people who had booked the 4:30 am shuttle, stranded at the hotel for 20 minutes while we waited for her to return since she neglected to even take a radio or phone with her to communicate with the hotel! The front desk staff needs to better communicate between shifts.
