“Amazing crust and imaginative toppings”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 24 June 2014

We walked to Life of Pie for lunch and were pleasantly surprised to find a great new place for great pizza, amazing kale salad and good service. It is challenging to have a table of nine folks but the servers and pizza makers managed to make it a great experience. I would highly recommend checking out their wood fired pizzas.

“Great for happy hour”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 May 2014

Have been here a few times for happy hour and still am raving about this place to anyone that will listen. Not a huge selection of beers but they are still good options. Casual and inviting. Great quality pizza.

“Great Pizza and Pasta Place”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 May 2014

We stopped at this great little place by accident, but we will definitely go back on purpose next time. The pizzas are delicious and perfectly cooked in their pizza oven. Definitely try the meatballs, they are huge and so yummy. We tried just some basic pizzas, a margarita, the bacon/leek and goat cheese and a pepperoni. All were very good and served quickly. The place is very clean and the servers and pizza cooks are welcoming and friendly.

“another great option for wood fired pizza”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 March 2014

This is a new place to me, and they are working hard to find their spot in the already fiercely competitive world of wood fired pizza in Portland. I've been there twice, and would readily go back again and again. The crust is delicious, the cornichon airy, but crisp on the outside, and the char was evident but not burned. Prices are fair, and a Caesar salad to share is a nice starter. I haven't tried the pasta, but others I've been with have, and were satisfied. The only downside is that you order at the register instead of at your table so you may have to stand in line. They have a nice selection of wines, fairly priced I might add, and have a very reasonable corkage fee as well. If you're in the mood for pizza at a very comfortable place, this is really worth a try.
