What a wonderful experience! We went on a tour of this family owned business and not only learned a lot and enjoyed ourselves but were able to taste some wonderful cheese! The flavors were rich and distinct. There is such a difference between mass market cheese and cheese like we tasted at Cada Dia. We also had an opportunity to see the cows being milked, the process of making the cheese, and where the cheese is stored. It was a very personal tour; they made everyone feel very welcome.
