Our room was beautiful, and perfect for our little family. We loved having the mini kitchen in our room, it made things much easier as we are traveling with two young kids. And the staff was very helpful and friendly.

I visit the Bend area periodically and prefer to stay outside of town when I can. Sisters has limited options so I decided to try the Eagle Crest Lodge. The rooms were reasonably priced and a good value. There are some nice hikes down by the river. Of course, this is a golf resort so most people who stay here like that activity.

My one complaint is that I was on the ground floor with a window that would not lock. After a bit of work that was taken care of.

The cafe in the Lodge was pretty mediocre, I would suggest going somewhere else to eat. I would get in a little late in the afternoon so was being lazy and ate there 2 nights. Night 1 the pizza was average, night 2 the BLT sandwich could best be described as a mayonnaise sandwich with a few other things between the bread.

Thanks for the Trip Advisor review and the feedback on your recent visit to Eagle Crest Resort. Sorry to learn of the maintenance issue with the window in your guestroom and for the less than high quality menu items you ordered in Aerie Café. We will be sure to review these issues with our team members and are confident we can correct these deficiencies. On a positive note we are glad you enjoyed your hike along the Deschutes River and found that the resort provided a good value. We hope to welcome you back in the near future.

Only had a night there and a little off the beaten track. Loved the place. Vast. Gym was a mile from reception....

Rooms were great. Large with gas log fires, separate lounge and great kitchen. Clean, well presented and well priced.

A very beautiful hotel full of nature, well appointed rooms and beautiful surroundings. It was a sheer pleasure to stay there. The room was clean, spacious and well provided and the service at the front desk was also very good. However, ours was a short one night stay. I would certainly like to stay there again and this time for a longer period.

Room Tip: As I used only one room just for an overnight stay no comment is possible.

We were attending the wedding of our niece and this was the suggested place to stay. We were VERY pleased with everything about the place!! Restaurant on property was fabulous and it was just a nice place to relax and walk around. We were traveling with our kids and 18 month old grandson.

Room Tip: We overlooked the golf course and enjoyed the view!!

It really is a beautiful location. Went there to speak at a conference, and their conference facilities were excellent and Mark was wonderfully helpful, he understand customer service. The rooms were great, beds really comfortable, easy parking. I really enjoyed myself. The breakfast room next to registration had either a new employee or she needs more training, but otherwise perfect. I think it was Andrew at the front desk who was also great. It seems like it is in the middle of nowhere but it is really close to a lot of places. We ate at Diego's Spirited Kitchen in Redmond and WOW. :D

Absolutely loved Eagle Crest & it was a reasonable distance from Deschutes County Expo! Had a little issue with our reservation & the night associate but the Manager (Christian) went above & beyond to resolve the issue once he was made aware of the situation. Had the best filet mignon at their restaurant ... just be careful if you have Celiac disease ... I did get glutened even though I ordered something that was supposed to be gluten-free. Regardless, our family loved the resort & they offered an OHSET discount ... we will definitely be returning!!
