I have just finished several slices of pizza and a glass of root beer (on tap). I ordered a 10 inch pepperoni and black olive pizza. My husband ordered a 10 inch Widow Maker (no peppers) and a glass of Two - Shy Reformation Red beer. While we waited for our pizza we perused the on tap beer wall. Impressive! Not only is root beer and several microbrews available but they also offer different flavors of kombucha teas! When our pizzas came they were hot and baked just right. No black edges, no excessive cornstarch on the pizza plate. My pizza had generous toppings. The tomato sauce was slightly sweet with great flavor. The dough was perfectly baked with a firm bottom and chewy center. The fact that the pizza crust was sourdough gave it 5 stars. My husband liked his pizza just as well - generous toppings, fantastic flavor! Don't let the facility give you second thoughts. Currently the restaurant shares an older building with a subway sandwich shop. I look forward to seeing this business outgrow it's current facility. Although we are just passing through, we will make a point of visiting again!
