Love love love staying here. Have spent 3 weeks here off and on this year. Mackenzie is so helpful every Sunday check in. She offers great food advice and has stellar customer service skills. Love the breakfast each morning. The dinners Monday through Wednesday are great! The rooms are super clean. Even the shampoo and lotion are high quality Paul Mitchell products. So impressed and highly recommend staying here.

Room Tip: No room service but excellent meals...full kitchens in room. Love it here. As honey as it gets away from home.

The location is a bit off the beaten path but it is quiet, clean and spacious. The other guests are friendly and breakfast buffet free. Small fitness room with only 3 pcs of equipment. Little pool. They allow dogs and the walls are thin so you may be next to a barker. I had a crying baby instead. Nice kitchen and living area for longer or family stays. Not within walking distance of food or shopping. Close to highway for convenience.

I was here for three nights on business recently and I was on a bike, no car. At first I was a little disappointed at the lack of nearby stores or restaurants but everything else about this place made up for that. The staff are very friendly, perhaps one if the friendliest places I have stayed at. There is a breakfast in the morning and a reception in the evening Monday- Wednesday that you could call dinner. It even includes wine and beer, so I really didn't have to go to anyplace else. My room was a very spacious queen size first floor room. There is free wifi although at times it was very slow. For cyclists, once you get onto Hawthorne you can connect to great bike lanes and bike boulevards.

Tremendous staff. Thanks for the very nice stay.

Stayed one night for a relatives wedding. Very large and comfortable room. Except EVERY wall socket was so worn out nothing would stay plugged in. The bed was comfy. There was little sound proofing and you could hear every door on the floor close. The free breakfast was above average

This was a business two-day stay and this is a good place for that sort of stay. It's an older Residence Inn and showing its age a bit but is comfortable and the Housekeeping is good.

'Good Things' include front desk staff and breakfast. Only sour note was the evening snacks when I was there. Not up to other RI standards and overall disappointing...

Other than that a reasonable place that could do with a bit of a make-over.

Room Tip: Definitely ask for a room well away from the Freeway! Never stops.....
