We just stayed at this resort this weekend and we were disappointed. The camp sites didn't have fire pits so we had to use our Coleman stove to make s'mores at night. The campground charges $10 per person for any visitor coming to visit you at your site. My inlaws came on vacation with us but planned to stay in a hotel on the beach. We had no idea that we would be charged $20 per day for them to just come to our 5th wheel for dinner or to visit their grandchildren. The person working there informed us at the gate the first day and bragged about collecting $300 from another group this week who also didn't know. We spent the whole weekend eating out in order to spend time with our parents. Also this campground is a ways from the beach. With kids you have to drive. We decided to use the pool one day however after we got our kids ready to go and drove to the pool it was adult time (this was the middle of the day). They have adult time in the morning, the afternoon and the evening. Our kids cried because adult time was ways when we actually had time to go. This RV resort is not kid friendly. It's full of a bunch of stuffy retired people and we will not be back.

We just spent 3 weeks at Seaside and we Loved that park. It was beautiful and well kept. You have space between your sites so you don't feel like your sitting on top of each other. Easy in and easy out, FH at every site, there is a lot of wild life to enjoy, the annuals sites all look very nice, the staff was GREAT! So friendly and helpful, the amenities are great, it's close to town and within walking distance to the mall and the bus and trolley stop and the beach.
They pretty much have everything you could want in a park.....Seaside should be TT's flagship park!

Love this campground for being near the ACTION of Seaside, Oregon. You have the Volleyball tournament, the hood to coast relay, the sand castle building, and of course the fall Salmon season, at Bouy ten and the ocean. Plus the crabbing in the bay, and the Razor Clam digging during it's season.

This campground was notably clean and very scenic. The bathroom and shower facilities were impressively spotless and our RV site was scenic and featured a nice amount of privacy. The pool and playground facilities were decent and great for our kiddos. It is a mile walk to Seaside which is definitely doable but a little long for young kiddos. We would stay here again if passing through Seaside.

This is a good resort for adults Our younger family stayed here for 2 nights and we parked next to the childrens play area. There are 2 phases to this campground the north side (member) & the south side (everyone else). If your children want to swim in the indoor pool you need to be aware of the "Adult Only" swim time. The resort is close to the beach & outlet mall shopping. Overall it was an enjoyable experience just geared more towards adults.
