My wife and I stayed here for two days. I purchased the room on Groupon. The Inn is only about two blocks from the beach line. It's far enough away from the promenade that the beachfront is more private, but it's close enough to the promenade that I was able to walk there one night.

The rooms are all themed. We had the blue room. It wasn't huge, but it was nicely decorated and clean. I certainly would be willing to stay there again. We had a lot of fun.

Recently stayed here, each room is themed, we stayed in the monopoly room, and it was great! The decor was modern but retro, and even had monopoly in the closet. The staff were friendly and I formative - providing a print out of nearby restaurants they recommend, and pamphlets of nearby sights. A great little find a block from the beach!

I recently stayed at Sandy Cove Inn with my dog. We were both made to feel so welcome, even including a dog gift basket upon check-in! I really appreciate businesses that are dog friendly, and this hotel made the trip super easy and convenient. The room was stylish and comfortable. The location on Ave U is a straight shot directly to the beach in a few blocks. I would definitely stay there again and also recommend to any traveler--with or without dogs.

Room Tip: Plenty of room choices at ground level make it easy to come & go with your dog.

This is the second time that my family and I have stayed here. We LOVE it! Each of the rooms are so cute, simply decorated, clean and just enough room to enjoy snacks, movies and sleeping. We spend most of our time out at the beach and in the shops so the size is great for us. Most importantly the people that work here and the owners are AWESOME!!! We were having troubles with our TV/VCR at 9pm and I was going to see if there was anyone in the office still but there wasn't.... BUT someone ran across the street from where they were having dinner on the patio and came to our rescue! How amazing is that! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Room Tip: Room 15 is great for families... but it is shower only with a small bathroom, worked well for us bec...

The guy at the front desk set the tone right by being super friendly and helpful, giving us a list of the places to go and do in seaside. He was more than happy to point us to our best options for vegetarian food in seaside. The room (we stayed in the boat room) was comfy, warm, and had fantastic decorations. Even when we were running a few minutes late at check out, the staff were totally understanding and awesome. While it's a bit of a walk from the main drag, the price and quality of the room was more than worth it. I'll definitely be back.

Quiet location near promenade. Very friendly staff. Very good accommodations for price of room.
Nice pub across the street. Grocery is near also.
Check out Astoria, only 18 miles North of Seaside. Also close to Cannon Beach for a change of scene.

Was a very cute looking place with Very friendly staff!! But the bed was horrible and the walls were so thin we couldn't finish watching our movie without a knock at our door. Sadly we left our 2nd paid night and found another location to finish our stay. mc

June was an exciting month for us. We think you’ll be happy to hear about it. We purchased new mattresses! Brand, spankin’ new.

When we purchased the motel 6 years ago we had a very long list of upgrades that were desperately needed. Mattresses were on the list but more importantly were items like “plumbing” and “heaters” and “major repairs”. Slowly we’ve marked off each item as time and income have allowed. And each time we crossed something off, we felt a small victory!

The long-awaited moment has come to mark “mattresses” off the list as well and boy, are we excited. Hopping up and down excited. We’ve been waiting for this moment for quite some time. And according to our recent reviews, so have you.

We cannot begin to explain how grateful we have been for your patronage of our family project as we work tirelessly to improve our services. And now? We’ve upgraded each bed to it’s very own, brand new mattress.

We trust that the next time you visit, not only will you love the service, the cleanliness and the adorable décor, but you’ll also love your comfortable night’s rest. We can’t wait to hear those contented “zzzzz’s” coming from your room.
