Five Pines lodge is easily one of the best places my husband and I have stayed at. We were gifted the trip from his employer to get away and relax. Our room was a patio lodge room. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and most of all relaxing. All of the staff members were extremly helpful and nice. They all showed great customer service skills. They also have a "Social hour" from 5-6pm. They offer each adult two complementary glasses of either beer or wine. We will be staying again and can't wait. Thanks again five Pines!

I wanted to get away with my wife for a romantic weekend and Five Pine was the best decision I've made in a long time!To say it was perfect would be an understatement! We stayed in one of the romance cabins and didn't leave. From the beautiful two person shower to the in-floor waterfall soaking tub next to the fireplace, this place had everything. The staff was wonderful and friendly! I can't say enough good things about Five Pine! We caught dinner and a movie next door at the Sisters Movie House, a beer at the brewery and enjoyed walks around the resort through the trees in the snow. A truly romantic weekend!

The rooms and grounds were impeccable! We stayed in a romance cabin. The jacuzzi was exquisite. The bed was very comfortable. I wish every place I stayed at was this nice! The walk in shower with dual shower heads was a delight. My wife and I loved the decor. I really can't say enough good about this place.

Five Pines is an absolutely gem - our cottage was amazing and the surrounding area is beautiful. My 4 and 6 year old boys loved running around through the trees, collecting pine cones (there is no undergrowth so it's easy to keep an eye on kids). The pool was also a big hit, as were the movie theatre and fabulous restaurants. We will definitely return.

We had a great time at this location for a long weekend getaway to celebrate (on location) out friends wedding. The area provided plenty of options for things to do. Or you could just relax within the confines of the resort. This would be the perfect romantic getaway. It was romantic for us, but we didn't get to full experience because we travelled with our 1 year old. The staff was very attentive to our needs.

What a wonderful stay we had at Five Pine Lodge! We stayed in one of the rooms inside the lodge and it was absolutely beautiful! Extremely comfortable King size bed, HUGE walk-in shower, extra large soaking tub for two**. Big screen TV, fireplace with two over-sized chairs in front of, games....they really thought of everything. Staff was delightful, knowledgeable and very personable! We enjoyed the wine and beer happy hour! Great beer from Three Creeks Brewery next door! Had dinner next door at Rio, a Mexican restaurant ~ excellent! Highly recommend the Margarita bowl! You share it...very delicious and really worth it! Two issues that we had, neither of which would affect future visits.

**1. They advertise a 'Waterfall Bathtub'. My version of what this is and their version is completely opposite! I pictured water flowing into the tub in a 'waterfall' sorta way; possibly over stone or tile and into the tub. Their version is a two inch hole in the ceiling, centered over the tub that the water forcefully streams out of. Waterfall looking? No. Not at all. It was the funniest thing I've ever seen! Yes, it filled the tub, however, if we wanted to add more water.........well, you get the picture!

#2. They have an amazing breakfast buffet ~ or so we've heard! There are no signs in the lobby or directions letting you know where it is. We did not receive a map of the grounds since we were staying in the Lodge, therefore, while we may have been told where the breakfast was served when we checked in, we did not remember the next morning! The desk clerk was super busy checking people out and helping other guests, and we didn't want to disturb her. So we missed the breakfast. Our loss.

Overall, we truly loved our stay.

Room Tip: We stayed in a room inside the Lodge. The room was super nice! Even though we were next to the lau...
