Beautiful waterfalls, good facilities. Campground is spacious with some sights providing very good privacy. Showers and restrooms are excellent.

We made the large loop to see all of the Waterfalls. We took our time and stopped to take lots of pictures and eat, making it a total of about 4hours. Highly recommend bringing food for the trip. Great hike, not much of an incline. Spectacular views. Trails include walking BEHIND the waterfalls! :D

Well worth the drive to visit Silver Falls State Park. The South Falls is handicap accessible as are the Lodge and Gift shop. The trails are well maintained. A great place for photography, hiking, picnicking, or just relaxing. The lodge has a limited menu, snacks and misc. items one might need if hiking. The .2 mile walk to Upper North Falls is an easy 5-10 minute walk and a generally flat trail. South Falls can be seen from the rim of the canyon. North Falls can be seen from a pull out along the road but the hike to the falls requires going down into the canyon. The other seven falls also require going down into the canyon but well worth the hike if you are reasonably fit.

I have to walk with a walker and even though I could not go close to the falls i could see South Fork falls from the rim.

We just recently visited the falls and they were magnificent especially with the lovely golden trees. You can walk behind the water fall but you can get a great view from the top. We regret we didn't have more time as we would have. Liked to walk some of the trails.
