There are so many, many deficiences it's hard to find where to start, but let's start with "wheelchair accessible": + There is a six inch step to enter the home + Shower inaccessible + Bathroom doorway barely wide enough. +Deck inaccessible That's a few too many "may have limitations". On to deferred maintenance. The owner or management company pays little attention to the property. Floors were filthy, cabinet doors falling off their hinges, light bulbs burned out or missing, pathetic bikes, one twin bed's box spring destroyed, the remainder of the beds either too hard or just abused and old. To top it all many of the kitchen drawers were installed upside down. Many of the window blinds were broken or faulty. A minor, but annoying item - wrong filters for the coffee machine. Master bath sink drains were partially clogged which backed-up easily. One of the faucets came apart in the user's hand. Toilet paper would pale when compared to Motel 6. The owner just doesn't care about the property. It was cheaply built to start with but the lack of proper maintenance and repair has made it pathetic. The "backyard" was filthy - cigarette butts, trash, animal leavings. The area hadn't been cleaned or raked in decades. There are much better homes available in Sunriver in the same general price range. Pass on this one and look for better.
