Food was okay and it was well made just nothing super exciting about the scrambled eggs and waffle I had. Okay for a basic breakfast but nothing super awesome.

Thank Heather W

Visited for a late morning brekkie. Had the linguica scramble. Very tasty but cold. Still, a nice place to meet friends and drink their good coffee.

The granola was pronounced good but pricey.

Love this place. Eat here every time we are in Sunriver and that has been for four summers now. Don't understand comments about staff because we have always had excellent, friendly service. Tracy, Marella, George, Jaime, have all been terrific. It's one of the best lunch meals I have had.

Cafe Sintra offers an interesting fusion of food from Portugal and the US. They are only open for breakfast and lunch. We have not tried breakfast but have eaten lunch there a number of times over several years and have always enjoyed the experience. It may not classify as fine dinning but the ambience is attractive and scrupulously clean and the food is great tasting, reasonably priced and very generous. For lunch, the main attraction is a large selection of very interesting sandwiches served on delicious bread baked in their own kitchen early that morning. Very good soup is available; I especially like the gazpacho. You order at the front counter, take your drink and a number to your table (many outside), and very shortly a young waitress or waiter brings your food to tour tablet. All-in-all, a very enjoyable experience!

Our first trip to Sunriver and we tried this restaurant for breakfast. You place your order and they bring it to your table. We did not know this and when they explained to us the young girls working seemed annoyed they had to explain. Actually they made us feel uncomfortable about every question we asked. It was atypical cafe , thus why we had questions. They even rolled their eyes on one customers question. Food was average. Coffee was self serve and warm, not hot. We will not return here.
