On April 5th me and two girlfriends were backpacking from Cape Meares to Cape Lookout with heavy downpours and wind. We still had over 5 miles of walking to get to camp. We heard from Roseanna's Café in Oceanside that we could potentially get a boat ride over from the RV Park and Marina. Due to the weather no boats were going across the spit. They were so kind to offer us a place to dry off for a bit and hot water to warm up. They were educational and had a lot of knowledge on crabbing in the bay. What a pleasure to meet such nice people willing to help. I offered them some money and they refused stating it is not necessary and the park couldn't take it. Great staff here. Thanks

This was one of our first experience at an RV park and we enjoyed a nice weekend. The manager was helpful and we had plenty of privacy. We enjoyed a long walk on the beach to Oceanside where we had a wonderful meal and also walked a couple times to the Schooner restaurant down the road.

Stayed here 2 nights, close to Tillamook cheese factory and a good restaurant Rosanna's ( in oceanside) the seafood pasta was excellent! This park was clean, and had free showers and pay laundry.
we rented a boat and went crabbing it was fun..I recommend spending three hours on the ocean catching your dinner, our 15 yr old loved it! They'll even cook your crab for you. A nice RV park, wasn't full. The wifi and cable worked great..

This is a great RV park on the Oregon coast near Tillamook OR this is our second time staying here. 83 spaces available RV only no tents. They have a boat ramp and cooking/cleaning area for those that have caught crabs, clams and fish for the bay right across the road from the resort. They also rent boats and clam or crab gear Nice clean and friendly place to stay

Room Tip: We like to stay in the upper part of the resort where there is less wind but the lower part has some...

We always rent houses in Netarts or Oceanside for our annual summer getaway, so I can't comment on staying in the RV Park (although it does look nice and tidy, and you can't beat the bayside location). The marina is a great place to rent a boat and some pots for crabbing in the bay. Glenda behind the desk is friendly and helpful, and her husband is no-nonsense with getting you out on the water and cooking up your catch afterwards. It's a great way to spend an afternoon, and my kids always have a blast pulling up pots, sorting out the keepers, and throwing the pots back in. There's a lot of Dungeness in the bay, and it's not unusual to haul in 2-3 dozen keepers (and throw back many more smaller ones) in 3-4 hr. As a bonus, there are usually a few seals swimming by your boat as well as a sea lion colony hanging out on the other side of the bay to watch as you crab. It's not an inexpensive activity but the experience is, as they say, priceless.

This is a lovely quiet park. We were there mid-week so we didn't have crowds of people. Our site overlooked the bay - spectacular sunset! We arrived after the office closed, but we found all our info waiting for us on the bulletin board. Easy site for backing in the trailer. We walked down the road to the Schooner for dessert. The bananas foster are delicious!

I hope that, by giving this park a good review, it doesn't suddenly get overcrowded and hard to book! Right now, it's fairly quiet and very enjoyable, rain or shine. We've weathered a couple of storms and seen a few beautiful sunsets. It's a little remote, but we really prefer it that way. It's a relatively short drive into Tillamook. We would recommend Netarts Bay RV Park.
