I've been to Burro over 25 times. While the service varies from slow to perfectly timed, the food is excellent each time. Much time and effort has gone into preparing their dishes and it shows in the unique and flavorful options. My personal favorites are the Alamo Bowl to start, paired with a Cadillac Margarita. My entree varies between vegan, chicken and pork.
I write the expectation of any disappointments to a "serve me now" city mentality. Being in a tourist area, they can get slammed easily and one must wait for them to catch up.
