A beautiful, impressive example of the sea's power - Devil's churn is a powerful chasm best seen at high tide (for the most impressive smashing/crashing waves). Literally right off of 101. There is a nice paved path from the parking lot down to the edge of the rocks.
You can go all the way down and walk on the rocks above/around the Devil's Churn itself. However, don't recommend doing this at high tide, as it may be dangerous, or at least rather wet.
