I was surprised that this restaurant was not rated higher than it was. I had called one of the high rated restaurants and they were going to be closed for dinner. I asked for a recommendation and the chef/owner told me about Horn of Plenty. He said it was excellent. We started with a just baked sour dough bread with a fresh herb and olive oil dipping sauce Our appetizers were vegetable soup and a wonderfully fresh cucumber salad with dill. We had the skillet chicken pot pie filled with fresh vegetables. It melted in your mouth. Simple food, beautifully prepared. There were only 7 people here during our dinner. More people need to know about this place. 5 Star food affordable prices! BYOB
