We stayed for 2 nights. We had a late check in and they were very accommodating. We were greeted with a yummy snack and some wine, which was nice after a long drive. The house was beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. We enjoyed every minute there. Awesome food and great company. Very close to the beautiful Ricketts Glen State Park. Hiking was awesome. We will be visiting again... Thanks Laura and Mike!
Highly recommended!

Room Tip: Masters quarters was very comfy

Our family of 4 stayed for 3 nights and the accommodations were comfortable and charming. Each morning we were awakened to the smell of a hearty country breakfast hosted by the lovely inn keeper Laura B. The menu was original and truly delicious! She was able to accommodate our dietary needs with no issue and always had a treat to welcome us on the kitchen counter. We enjoyed every moment of their hospitality which included their lovely children, pets and farm animals. A real treat for a family from the city of Boston!

Room Tip: We stayed in the loft with queen bed and pull out couch. There was just enough space for the 4 of u...

It was a very enjoyable experience for a birthday celebration with friends. Laura made us feel at home and our room was clean and comfortable. There was certainly plenty of delicious food at breakfast to give us energy to hike the entire day! We also enjoyed meeting the other guests as well. Marge, Karen and Laurie

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying over for a night. The breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious and the over all experience was memorable. Thanks to the host, she was welcoming and made herself available even though we arrived a bit late. She made our hiking trip worth while.

My wife and I booked The Old Tioga Inn for a weekend getaway at Rickett's Glen Park, largely based on its close location and the TripAdvisor reviews. It was a great experience, especially for my first time doing a bed & breakfast. Laura was wonderful and hospitable, going out of her way to have two wonderful breakfasts for us (omelettes and French toast casserole). The accommodations were luxurious in a rustic way - first class.

On the tech side, there is satellite TV in the room (Masters Quarters). Don't count on cell service - we had to go a few miles elsewhere to get ATT service. They have wifi also, but it was just about unusable - on the other hand, if you're coming to this location you really should be enjoying the surrounding beauty and cutting your electronic leash.

The animals on the property were a nice touch - goats, Daisy the English Bulldog, even the pair of cats who hung around outside on the deck hoping we'd let them in - (we didn't).

All in all a great experience - we'd go back again in a second.

A true B&B inasmuch as:
beautifully maintained, spotless, lovely location close to Ricketts Glen State Park, and owner/ hostess, Laura, could not be more friendly or helpful.
My husband and I spent a night here last week and it lived up to all the Excellent ratings it has received.
Our room, the Masters Quarters, was absolutely spotless and decorated in true country fashion and the view from the little patio was pure countryside.
On the kitchen counter were plates of goodies - cheese/crackers/home made cookies/home made cake, etc., and Laura told us to help ourselves to anything there or in the fridge where she had many other thoughtful (for the hikers especially) snacks.
Breakfast was a frittata made with only fresh ingredients - fresh grown vegetables - red potatoes, etc.etc. Endless coffee/juice and good conversation.
Our hostess, Laura, was so kind and thoughtful and very knowledgeable about the area with suggestions that helped us enormously in our relatively short stay.
Would highly recommend and would definitely go back again if and when we return to this lovely part of Pennsylvania.
