Girl's weekend and a long drive from Upstate NY, we found this Comfort Inn at 11pm on a dark, rainy night. Lobby was clean, inviting and had a great receptionist who took care of us. For $100, we had a clean room with 2 queen size beds, decent bathroom and breakfast was good, at least lots of healthy choices like yogurt, fruit, juices and toast. Lots of fresh coffee too.

We needed A one night layover and just wanted to rest. The hotel was quiet and the staff was great. We liked the breakfast ,laid out well and got us ready for our day ahead. It was easy off and on the interstate.

This hotel is right off the highway and if you've had a long drive from New England and you're heading farther south, this is a convenient stopping point. The hotel is clean enough but the area definitely has a "Trucker" feel to it, with an original 1950's Diner next store where we had dinner. I'm fine with that but if you're the type who needs more of an upscale feel, then you may want to stay in Harrisburg. We did not go in the pool but it looked like the walls needed repair so this was a turn off. Pac Man in the Arcade room. Breakfast OK. So I don't sound too excited :) but we only needed a place to stay and food. It was fun to eat a traditional meatloaf dinner at the Diner and get amazing homemade pie for dessert and then go back to the hotel and watch movies. If you need a lot to do (places to walk after dinner, a neighborhood, this is not the place for you.) It's clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms are surprisingly large compared to other hotels. Pretty views of the Pennsylvania mountains out the back but this is a hotel "just off the highway" with room for trucks to park and stay. However, it was quiet and not a problem.

We stopped here at 1 am after driving for several hours. This hotel was selected due to the late hour and its location right on the highway. We checked out at 9 AM after a pleasant few hours. This is your average Joe hotel. Everything is fine but nothing is outstanding. The breakfast was the usual unreal eggs and make-your-own waffles. We paid less than$100 which seemed reasonable for that area. If you want a clean room in this area, I would recommend this hotel.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff, fairly good sized pool and beautiful view of the country on one side of the hotel. I really enjoyed the friendly attitude of the very nice lady who checked us into the hotel in the evening; she always very kind when passing into the lobby area. It was about a 30 minute drive to Hershey Park and the room rate was a much better price than in the Hershey area. You will get a much better price on the Hershey Park tickets if you purchase them from a Giant's Grocery Store if they are still offering the special. We drove to the Amish Area from the hotel where the Plain and Fancy Restaurant was located; it was about an hour drive to that area.

Needed a hotel for a sports trip with the kids. Booked this hotel because it was close to the event and they had an indoor pool. BUT I wouldnt let the kids swim. The flooring was rough and needed updated and the filters in the bottom of the pool were not capped and just the right size for a little toe. Thank goodness they had a game room with a working pinball machine. That was our entertainment. The hotel was convenient to the highway and very easy to find. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was okay but crammed because everyone was eating at the same time. We ate at the diner across the parking lot the night we got there. It was affordable and nice. We actually went back later that night for pie! While walking across the parking lot the kids had to hold their noses. It must have been the fresh fertilizer from the farms in the area. REALLY strong! If going that way again would think about stopping but might just keep driving.

My daughter and I were on our way from MA to PA late at night when the skies suddenly opened up and we were hit with a deluge and lightning storm. We pulled off the first exit we could find and sat there, alone in the downpour, exhausted from a long drive, and wondering what to do (I don't see well in rainy darkness and my daughter is too young to drive), when my daughter spotted the very-welcome-at-that-moment sign for a Comfort Inn. Given that we were parked in what appeared to be a truck stop while we waited for the rain to stop (it didn't), I had my reservations about staying in this hotel, but they were immediately banished the moment we stepped inside and were met by Helen at the front desk, whose warm and friendly manner was so welcoming at that late hour. We checked in, and found this hotel to be clean, comfortable, and a real blessing to us in our "hour of need." My daughter went swimming in the pool, and though she found it a little cold, it was clean and big enough that she could have some fun. The bed was comfortable, and the room clean. Though there was a faint odor of cigarette smoke in the outside hallway, our room was pleasant and no-smoking, and we both slept well. The breakfast was "just okay," but I've had worse. I would definitely stay here again if we're ever in the area, and kudos to Helen whose warm and welcoming manner is a real asset to this hotel.
