I have been coming here since it had opened and I loved it. I have spent lots of money here with family and friends. I never had a problem and everyone has always been super sweet and nice. Today 3-14-2014 on a friday, a coworker and I have gone there for lunch and the wait was extremely lunch, but that sometimes happens, not a big deal. Well when we finally got our sushi, my coworker had black hair strands in TWO on her rolls. She told the waitress. The waitress asked if she wanted a new one and she reclined because we didnt have the time to wait for them to make a new one. The waitress took her plate even though she had only eaten maybe 8 pcs out of her FOUR rolls that she ordered. Her plate was never brought back to her and then she was charged. Then we were questioned and told the hair we saw was seaweed. I asked to see the manager. A young rude male continued to question us and then said we needed to talk to the waitress because he had nothing to do with it, that he was a receptionist. So we go to the front to ask for the manger to ask why she was still being charge, and the young RUDE male that told us he was an receptionist, said he was the manager. My coworker never asked the waitress to take the plate away, just that she didnt have time to wait for a new roll. The Receptionist/mangager was extremley rude. He finally just told us to leave. I will tell everyone about this experience, I have never had to deal with this before ever at any place.
