One should expect a mediocre lunch in a small town that has seen better days. We had hoped to go to get our Beef on Weks at the town's best restaurent ( I had reviewed it as excellent in the past) but it was not open for lunch. So we ended up at Kellys. One of the party of three enjoyed his lunch. Our Beef on Weks were not housed in a good wek ( roll) and came out soggy,. diminishing the quality. If this was a representative of the quality then it would be hard to recommend Kellys. On the others hand, there was little choice on a Satureday in a dsiminished town thatad seen better days. On the positive side, there were many tables filled for the lunch time, so that the local population must seee something positive at Kellys
