We stayed at this hotel for both the Ford and GM shows this year and found it to be quite good. The parking spaces were large and plentiful and can be seen from your room if you park on the same side of the building. There is also drive through trailer parking. The lot is secure and well lit. The rooms in the front are quieter as they face away from the highway. It is convenient to 81, Walmart, Home Depot and the fairgrounds. Cracker Barrel is right next door and a two minute walk. The indoor pool though a little small was clean and well kept and a blessing after a hot day in the sun. The coin op laundry was also nice to have. We got caught in bad rain at the show one day and needed to dry all our stuff. Breakfast was good with a waffle station and hard boiled eggs in addition to regular continental breakfast items. The area was a little small but was well attended to. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Plenty of water pressure and hot water. Internet connection was good and cable TV was clear with plenty of variety. We've stayed at some area hotels for car shows that have a bar/restaurant and though convenient, they tend to get locals in on the weekends for the entertainment and the parking lots are full of non-car people and non-hotel guests and they tend to be less careful about how they park. This one, not having a lounge, has only guests and we found it preferable. Service at the front desk was excellent and met our every need. Thanks Matt.

I stayed at the Sleep Inn for almost a week. The service was GREAT! I would recommend the Sleep Inn to anyone that needs to get a good night sleep, and clean rooms.

Enjoyed our annual stay at the Sleep Inn in Carlisle. We travel to Carlisle every July for the Chrysler show and make sure we have early reservations at the Sleep Inn. Bedding is great, staff is helpful, and the location is super - far enough away from the fairgrounds and other hotels that show car traffic isn't bad, but close to Chili's and the Cracker Barrel, a Home Depot across the street for tools and show supplies, and a huge mall just around the corner with WalMart, TSC, Staples, and a movie theater! Plus there is pull-through trailer parking (we tow a show trailer). There are a few folks from the show with cars at the hotel, but evidently not many know about it.

I should probably be keeping this to myself - much more of this and it will be tough to get a room!!

Checked in after a 6 hour drive from Connecticut. Room looked OK until we got ready for bed and wife found hairs on the blanket. We were too tired to request another room. Staff took $20 off the bill which was still over$80. Rates are too high for the quality delivered.
