Wanted to upgrade my cutting boards, best selection for sizes of Epicureans. Great Knife and tools available. Also for speciality pots, pans and baking ware. Prepare to be enticed to sample the foods, teas and coffee.

Be prepared to pay heavily if you purchase items here, and do not question inconsistencies; the owner does not take to that very well.

The store is huge with tons of nooks and crannies iding lots of little kitchen items you don't normally find elsewhere. The whole store is just great if you want to spend some time looking for that indespensible kitchen tool you never knew you needed. They also have some gourment food and the classes, of course. When I have more time, I will take a class.

I've been shopping here for years, but have missed the best part by not taking a cooking class until now. It really was top notch and I can't wait to practice my new skill. Shopping here can't be beat and should be undertaken with extreme caution and restraint :)

Situated along a meandering stream, a short distance off Carlisle Pike- who knew this beautiful place could be found in such a busy area of Carlisle PIke?

First about the cooking classes. I've attend a couple of classes here and this place is a gem! I've gone with my spouse and with my daughter and haven't had a bad time or not learned something new yet.

The Kitchen Shoppe has a demo kitchen and seating for approximately 45 for their classes. Some classes are hands on, partial hands-on or demonstration only and some come with wine pairings. No matter what type of class you take, there is plenty of sampling going on. No, not a full course meal, but you won't walk away hungry.

I think this would be an awesome idea for a date night, too (hint, hint guys). They even offer kids cooking classes in the summer and offer tailgating and grilling classes for the reluctant guy-cook! Literally, something for anyone who is interested in eating!

If you are looking for a kitchen implement or spice, they have it here in the shoppe. Hands down, one awesome place and Carlisle is lucky to have it.
