the food is made fresh, authentic and delicious. Buffet is generous and varied, menu items are also very good. Would definitely return whenever possible.

On a recent trip to Carlisle, Amy's Thai was recommended to us and didn't disappoint ! Of course we started with the chicken satay & soup.......excellent. All 3 of us ordered different main
dishes and were very pleased in addition to the large portion size. No alcohol is served !

What a great meal! Went there with a large party to celebrate a college graduation and both the meal and service was excellent! You can't go wrong dining here.

Last night we had the best dinner we have ever had at Amy's!! I started with chicken and rice soup(2.75 cup)- perfect blend with aromatic lemongrass in a light broth. The Amy's sampler appetizer platter was delicious and fresh, though a bit pricey at $11.95. Entrees were fresh with al dente veggies and chicken slices - basil and hot pepper.). Very large portions- enough for two definitely - and good value at 11.00.
The waitress was excellent- had never seen her before... She was upbeat, always smiled, attentive to refill needs and special dietary needs. Unfortunately
for Amy's, this lovely waitress is headed
to law school in NY.
The only negative comment I have
has to do with a prior visit my son and I had when I was last visiting the area. We had arrived late and chose the dinner buffet ( huge mistake - should have trusted my intuition when I looked at the meager offerings ) It was the wrong choice as the selection was not only limited but items that were available were neither fresh nor hot. We paid about $13.00 each, and left hungry and disappointed!! I called Amy to tell her about this- and though she was receptive to my comments- and very sweet on phone (and in person last night) her accommodation for the experience was
just15% - 9.00 I was surprised, having spent nearly 30.00...

We frequent Amy's Thai. We love the food and have several favorite dishes. Snow peas w/chicken (#37 I believe) and I am partial to the Pad Thai. You can request the carrier that has a container of serachi in it if you care to spice up any dish to your own liking or request that it comes hotter or less hot from the kitchen. Only one thing made this a Very Good rating instead of an Excellent rating....They have a buffet on Thursday and Friday nights. The food was very good, however it was very poorly stocked. It almost seemed like they were afraid to put too much on the buffet but the place was very full and when the did stock the buffet they added little to the pan and it was gone quickly. I did not want to knock their rating down too much because it is still a very good place to eat, but if you are going to have a buffet, especially on a friday evening, it needs to be kept stocked. Be aware that I am not knit-picking...it was pretty bare. Otherwise, when ordering an entree....it is great!
