Expensive for what it is.. We booked a 2 room "suite" with a separate master bedroom.
The TV in the smaller room didn't work
There were no sheets for the pullout
The phone didn't work
"maggie" was helpful and brought us a plate of snacks after yet again another Marriott fiasco (I am starting a Marriott the wrong way blog) - expensive room but attention to detail lacks.
Only explanation on the phone was "sorry"
Kids were supposed to get a free bfst but were charged and that remained on our bill, not that it mattered as it was only a few bucks.
would I stay again? No abandoning the chain for something else, see recent Marriott disasters.
(room walls very thin could here people in next room)
Marriott- I don't want free points, comps or SORRY I want a function room. What is wrong with your chain????

Room Tip: book elsewhere, there are a few newer choices close by

Beautiful facility with spacious rooms with contemporary flair. Huge outdoor patio that unfortunately was taken over by wedding party. Even has a large fire pit. Small exercise room with excellent equipment. No complimentary anything for breakfast but food for purchase available at Bistro in lobby. Friendly and welcoming staff.

We stayed at the Courtyard for a youth baseball tournament the weekend of June 14 – 16th, 2013. We really like the hotel. Check in went smoothly and we were given our room right away. The room was nicely appointed with two comfy queen beds. The lobby is lovely, as is the patio out back. The boys enjoyed the small indoor pool. We never got to sit around the fire pit as it was first come, first serve, but there was plenty of room on the patio for everyone. Any minor problems we encountered were taken care of immediately by the friendly hotel staff. The hotel was full on Saturday night – besides our baseball team, there was youth rugby team, a wedding, and a youth mission trip, but amazingly we were never bothered by noise in the halls/other rooms. We did not eat at the hotel at all so I cannot weigh in on that. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

I stayed at this property for an overnight business trip. The hotel is very clean, staff was friendly, and the location is convenient to business, shopping, and restaurants in Cranberry. Will stay at this property again for future trips.

My brother selected this hotel for wedding guests, along with another nearby hotel. Based on reviews, we chose this one and were not disappointed. The room with king bed and pull out sofa was great for our family of 4 with 2 small kids. The king bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. The room was clean and modern, and the staff was friendly. We took the kids too the indoor pool, which was also very clean and well-kept. Although we did not get to take advantage of them, the hotel offered some nice outdoor lounge areas. While we waited on other family members to arrive, I sat with our daughters and enjoyed the big screen tv in the indoor lounge/lobby area. The staff had no problem with us switching to an animated movie. A couple negatives from our standpoint.... we were surprised to only have a shower in our room -- no bathtub, which is hard with small children. Also, the Disney channel was not offered in the tv lineup, and breakfast was a bit pricey. Cereal should not be that expensive! Other than that, it was a great stay. Lots of large-chain shopping nearby, too (Kohls, Michaels, TJ Maxx, Target, etc)

This hotel is very convenient to things in Cranberry (there is plenty to do/eat immediately around it - nothing exciting but plenty of convenient things one may need for forgotten items when travelling) and to several important interstates.

Relative to other Cranberry hotels, the price was comparable and probably even a little better. I don't understand why I pay more for suburban Pittsburgh hotels than the same suburban hotels outside pricier cities like DC, but that's not this hotel's fault.

The staff members were extremely friendly.

The hotel is very new, very sleek in a business travel sort of way - lots of places to sit and plug a cell phone/ipad/laptop in to recharge, kiosks to print boarding passes, etc. There is no restaurant but there is a little bistro area with a bar, Starbucks, and basic foods. One negative: while we expected the drinks to be pricier than the same drink elsewhere, there was a hidden $3 upcharge for poured liquor if *not* in a mixed drink, which seems absurd because it's the same amount of liquor, but without the additional actions or resources required to make a mixed drink.

The pool is small and indoors, with no hot tub. It seemed clean, but almost seemed like an afterthought the planners squeezed in. It was sort of depressing and did not fit with the rest of the hotel. The workout room was small but had good, working equipment.

Our room was not particularly spacious, but not small. It was uniquely designed in that the bed was perpendicular to the door, where most rooms seem to be laid out so that the bed is parallel to the door. The bed then looks out the large windows - not that the view is much, just a typical corporate/hotel area, but there are trees. There were well-placed lights and outlets, a nice tv (which faced the love-seat but not the bed), a desk with decent work chair, and the aforementioned loveseat (which I think could fold out) and coffee table.

The bathroom was spacious and there were plenty of towels. Our shower looked great - modern with no tub and just a glass half (the vertical half closest to the showerhead) wall instead of a curtain or door. However, in practice, the water tended to run out of the shower and onto the bathroom floor (most drained into the well-placed drain, but some did not, and made the floor quite slippery). It also let the cool ambient air into the shower and let the steam out.

Everything was very clean and very well kept. I realize the property is still pretty new, but there weren't dings, nicks, peeling corners, etc. that come easily to hotel rooms. Our towels did smell a little too much like bleach, but evidently the linens weren't too strong because my skin/eyes weren't bothered as they sometimes are.

The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on. The comforter was nice; the sheets could be softer.

The room was surprisingly quiet - we heard other guests far less than in most hotels, and it was at least mostly full (with at least one large group of teenagers and one group of wedding guests). The silence and the nice bed made for great sleep.

The internet connection was iffy and the speeds when connected were terrible. An upgraded access was available for $5, which just seems crass at a business hotel given that free (and usually decent-ish) WiFi is available in practically all businesses, public spaces, etc.

In short: convenient, comparably priced, good beds with clean, quiet rooms. Should have a better pool, WiFi, and showers, and should add a hot tub, tubs in the bathrooms. Watch out for added fees at the slightly pricey (for what you get) bistro.

What can I say that others have not?
It is a new hotel. Everything is clean and the environment is very comfortable.
Ashley helped check us in and was very engaging and friendly. It made my daughter very happy that someone would want to talk to her like a "big person". It was great experience at check in. Ashley even had a surprise for us as it was my wife's birthday when we arrived. Thanks Ashley!
Other staff were great too. From the guy (sorry, can't remember his name) who got us an extra toothbrush b/c our daughter forgot hers and the girls at the bistro for breakfast. It was just a very very good experience and made our stay very enjoyable.
Thanks to the staff @ the Courtyard Cranberry. We had a wonderful one night stay and will definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: If you can only sleep in the dark, the 2nd floor has flood lights pointing up depending on your room...
