Discovered this gem on a business trip. The service was excellent. The restaurant was comfortable and quiet. When the waiter discovered it was our first visit he brought two complimentary dishes. Each dish was unique and delicious. Perfect for sharing.

Service was excellent. The food was not bad but not great either. Selection was limited and uncreative. Very small space, some call it cozy I call it cramped. Way to much money for what they offer. I didn't like the fact that the table next to us kept listening in on our conversation. No privacy.

Honey is a small, yet fabulous place. The small plates are inventive & different from the norm. You will need to have an open mind & adventurous palate. The chef really does an amazing job of putting together ingredients that are fresh and creative. We dinned there recently with friends & were very pleased with the meal and service. Extremely attentive & knowledgeable about the menu. Reservations are a must!

Excellent quality food; imaginative menu; great service; a gem to say the least. Four of us shared plates Sturgeon Melt , wild boar & escargot skewers , duck samosas and black tea glazed spare ribs with ice cream (interesting idea to pair ice cream with this and it worked. . We were all pleased with the selections and imaginative menu.

Definitely we'll be back. My teens would like this menu as they are accustomed to gourmet meals at home, but I wouldn't recommend Honey for younger kids.

Doylestown has a flurry of restaurants with very decent food but Honey stands out by its creative food; surprising combinations, original flavors, attentive service (including amuse-bouche) and a small plate system that allows you to try a variety of things especially if you're with more people (which I recommend). Honey is definitely a great culinary experience in Doylestown. Try the caramelized ribs with ginger ice cream, truffle chips or wild boar and escargot skewers; those are just a few of the fantastic tapas plates you'll get there....
