Went in for lunch hoping for a great sandwich at a recently opened restaurant. You place your order when you walk in and they bring you your order when it's ready. Drinks are self serve. I had the fish sandwich which may have been overcooked as it had a hard battered crust. Most disappointing was the fact the fish was on a croissant. If you like croissants, you will likely like the Brooklyn Deli's, but on a fried fish sandwich I wasn't impressed and had the menu description mentioned a croissant I would never had ordered this particular sandwich. Tarter sauce was good although likely from a bottle. Cole Slaw was self serve (pre-packaged) and was mediocre at best. Will likely never return to The Brooklyn Deli.
