The room was big, bathroom was huge, very modern and had many extra amenities... The Hostess was the sweetest lady in the world and you could tell she cared about each of her guests... Breakfast was amazing, Hot tub was awesome.. I can't say anything bad about this place. This was our first B&B and it was a great experience!

I can not say nothing bad about my experience at a Suite Escape. It is a beautiful place. Very quiet and convienant. The room is beautiful, clean and romantic....the hot tub outside a special teat. The owner is very nice and makes you feel comfortable from the time you chek in. Breakfast the next morning on the patio was great. Great food. Hoping to return at least once a year, same date.

This summer we settled down in A Suite Escape for a couple of days during our tour of the North East coast of America. We, a family of six adults, rented the whole place, which is to say the entire lower part of the house. We were very well pleased with what we found: one of those rare occasions when you find the actual situation even better than what you were made to believe. The guest quarters are all very tastefully designed and equipped with handsome and state of the art devices, such as large flat screen televisions.

The ‘smaller’ suite is ideal for a romantic get-away and has a large bathroom, with separate shower and two-person tub that makes you never want to come out again. Complimentary toiletries everywhere, nice warm robes and big fluffy towels. The larger suite has a separate living room area with a sofa bed (that can easily remain stretched out during your stay) and an open kitchen with a large table that seats six. Outside, thought not really separated, each suite has its own terrace with each two seating areas: one covered and one in the open. To top it all we could all six of us together soak ourselves in the outdoor Jacuzzi, while admiring the nice view over the valley. Stored in a nearby box lie several pool towels that can be used, even music can be provided for.

The owners, Stuart and Joanne Martin, are very friendly and gracious hosts. Very helpful, yet discretely on the background, even though they live quit close-by on the top floor. We were especially grateful for them allowing us to use their washer and dryer, so we wouldn't have to visit the local laundromat. We were told that this was soon to be made a general service to guests, so never fear. Being native, so to speak, to the neighbourhood they are very knowledgeable about where to go and what to do. Don’t hesitate to ask!

I can safely say that our stay here was the most remarkable of our whole tour. Truly a luxurious haven. Thank you Stuart and Joanne for taking such good care of us!

If you have never been to a five star before now is your chance.
We have travelled far and wide in Europe and the USofA and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed.
Joanne and Stu are wonderful hosts and made us feel welcome from the outset.
Their love of their heritage is very evident, their love of the area is also very evident.
Joanne's breakfast would put a top hotel to shame, everything
freshly cooked and baked and we never had the same breakfast in the seven days we stayed.. Top chef
It was very difficult for us to drag ourselves back home to England.
We stayed in the Chamomile Suite, we loved the space and the bed....wow...very relaxed week, slept like babies.
We took a sneaky-peek at the Chocolate Suite, why would you need a bath that big....;-)
Joanne and Stu we will be back.
