Picked from the Net in a hurry and what a huge mistake. Had wife, twin babies and a 5 yr old with me. First warning sign was the desk clerk was working and watching her kids who were running around the lobby. The entire hotel has an odor and its not pleasant. Checked in at 4pm on a Saturday. Room next to us had multiple males comming and going. The parking lot is loaded with transients as evidenced by "No Public Restrooms" sign as you walk in. My son pulled the curtains back to show me the view of the pool. The pool was empty and had a couch thrown in it. We went to dinner and the look on the face of our waitress said it all when we told her where we were staying. She helped us find another hotel. As I was checking out, a bachelor party showed up. There was another guy laying on the floor in the hallway screaming into his cell phone. No one questions people when they walk in off the street as evidenced by a guy who asked me for spare change in the elevator. At 9:45pm I asked for a refund and was told to call back Monday morning. I was told that even though I was checking out they could not give me any paperwork to reflect that. I asked for a refund of half and they would not do so. I will pursue this matter with ChoiceHotels and American Express.

If you care about your safety and want your car to be there in the morning I can't urge you enough to stay away from this hotel.

This hotel need's some serious investor's. I was up there in Easton to look at buying a old house a Red old style type western brothel. I was interested in turning it into a restaurant hooka club. I stayed at this hotel, it's in a great location but lack the Quality of Quality owners.

I think the owners feel, that people will stay regardless due to the fact the Crayola Factory is up the block. Also the Purple Cow ice cream parlor is around the corner, a great place for the family.

Myself being from Dubai (U.A.E) Royal family. I definitely didn't receive the Royal treatment.

I was tying to play low profile not low life but I will say, if they interested in selling take a look at it. This is a beautiful l area, that needs entertainment investors.

We've stayed in this hotel every year for the past 3 years at Thanksgiving, because we are visiting family in the area. But each year we've noticed that the place is less clean and less kept up. This year, we noticed a condom store in the strip mall across the street. The neighbors in the room next door could be heard through the wall, and we had to call down to the front desk to ask them to call and quiet them down. No issue with bedbugs like another reviewer had, but frankly, I don't want to stay there again regardless of how convenient it is. Not a good price for the quality of the room.

Chose to stay here because it was reasonably priced and centrally located. But had issue. The first room we were given the heat did not work so they gavr us a different room. Around five am my husband got up because he was feeling strange. When into the bathroom and noticed hives on his side. We lifted the mattress and found bedbugs. We checked out and went to a different hotel.

this hotel was absolutely terrible. we made reservations online and only picked this one because of the low rates -- big mistake.

we checked in and were assigned to a room on the second floor. we got to the room to find beds that were not made and had clearly been slept in, stains on the walls and carpet, and furniture that was falling apart. the room felt so dirty we didn't even want to put our bags down. we went back to the front desk and were given another room on the first floor, "a good room" according to the man at the front desk. we got to this room and the door did not lock, the room looked even more dingy than the first one and the toilet seat had pee stains on it and was obviously not clean. we refused to stay in this room either. when we went back to the desk to complain we told the man the room was disgusting and that we didn't feel safe because the door wouldn't lock (and we are two college age girls). the creepy trucker hanging out in the lobby said he was staying next door and would "keep us safe" which was also not comforting. we said we wanted our money back and left. on our way out we saw a very obvious prostitute with a man heading into the hotel. so glad we didnt stay, we probably could have gotten a disease from that place. this hotel is a nightmare.

We at Quality Inn, really try our best to give our customers the best accommodation possible. Certainly, there are guests who just can’t appreciate that. Of course, cleanliness and hygiene are still among our priority and we always make it a point that our rooms are clean before guests check in. Though, there might be instances when our hotel is fully booked and for that reason our chamber maids missed cleaning that particular room reserved for you. Anyways, rest assured that this won’t happen again in the future. And we just hope that you will consider to stay with us the second time around.

The staff is always very helpfull, pleasant and accomodating. Great houskeeping, very clean rooms and great stay over service, always smiling and pleasant. Great location and excellent value! Breakfast always fresh and all items always available. Thanks to housekeeper Amanda for outstanding service, attitude, friendlieness and smile! Also excellent ownership and very accomadating with requests. Look forward to staying here again!!!

We stayed here while helping restore power to the area from Hurricane Irene. The box springs and bottom of the wall had what appeared to be dried blood on them! The washclothes had hair in them. The shower had black caulking around the tub. Stayed there because there weren't any other rooms available. Also, the floor smelled like an old ashtray (which it was the smoking floor, so I let that go.)
