We stopped here overnight on our way to Toronto. Nice, big hotel with easy access from the interstate with gas and restaurants close by.
The outdoor area in back was large with several sets of tables and chairs overlooking the countryside as well as some statuary and a once functioning fountain. However, the area was overgrown with weeds and looked like it had been neglected for quite some time. This area could be a real asset if taken care of...it would be a beautiful place to sit and read or have lunch or dinner.
Our room (Scotland Suite) was large and beautiful furnished. The biggest disappointment was the walls are paper thin. We were located across the hall from the ice machine and could hear the noise all night long. As well as hearing the voices in the room next to us until the wee hours of the morning. We could hear their footsteps when they walked across the room and the toilet flush every time they used the restroom! That does not make for a restful night's sleep. More
