Nice campground- we stayed in one of the big sites with a patio, deck furniture and a gas grill. Our site was really nice. It's close to Niagara Falls and we did day trips to the surrounding area. The staff could be a bit more friendly. The people running the store acted like you were bothering them or weren't there. The pool was nice- a little small and the playground needs updating. It was a little old and junky. They did have a bounce pad the kids loved and that was nice.

Normally me and my wife do not pick Koa. But we stayed here for 4 days really nice and clean campground. Staff was nice. Pool way nice. All and all it was a quiet clean nice place to stay. You can see they are expanding so there was some work but not to bad. Close to Hershey and some other nice things to do. I would stay again. Has some weird bike rules but I understand them.

We are new to the camping world. We just recently purchased a camper and needed to find a home base because we could not keep the camper at our home. The Elizabethtown Hershey KOA is very close to home but we were looking for somewhere close due to our hectic work schedules so it would allow us to get quality time at our camper. I saw the reviews and have seen the negativity and I disagree with all the bad complaints. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff is. With us being new we were greeted with open arms and even had staff come down and check to make sure how everything was going and to make sure we had everything connected right. Even the owner came to make sure we were settled in. The have security in the evening that patrols around and that I feel is wonderful. I feel that the people complaining are probably the ones that are causing the trouble. It is nice to know that someone is keeping and eye on things and making sure there is no rift raft. It is peace of mind knowing that this is a safe place and a future place where we can bring our family for a safe and enjoyable getaway. Thank you Elizabethtown Hershey KOA for the wonderful service and hospitality! You all are wonderful and deserve the recognition.

Most horrible stay in any koa or hotel or any place of travelers stay ever. Rudest staff and owners and craziest rules and "morals". A true shame to the koa name. The owners should definitely sell or just get out of the business or any business for that matter permanently. They do not treat their customers fairly, kindly, or even with respect so these people should not own this location. Especially due to the strangeness that they falsely claim to call the police and demand that a client evacuates the premises if they stayed 15 minutes in the shower and bathroom after checkout. Some damn weirdo people there

Staff was not rude as previous comments suggest. The women weren't overly friendly though either. Camp store super overpriced but we did buy items needed. Pools were awesome. Our toddler loved the baby pool. Everything was clean. The shower house at the bottom of the campground was our favorite. Camp spots were spacious and on gravel lots which took a toll on our flip flops/ feet. Campground claims to be 14 miles from Hershey but it sure does not seem true. Campground was not anywhere near the highway so it took forevvvvvver to get to anywhere. If I didn't return, it'd be for that reason. I'd stay somewhere near Hershey or Gettysburg.

We traveled to KOA Elizabethtown for Memorial Day weekend. The campground was extremely clean. We traveled in a pop-up and used both the restroom facilities and the laundry. The pool was very large and they also have a baby pool for the little ones. There was plenty of poolside loungers and shaded areas for those who don't love the sun. The playgrounds were large and very safe. The kids were able to participate in all the scheduled activities. There was tie dying, rootbeer floats, lollipop hunts at dusk, fishing derby's. My kids were very busy. This campground is close to Hershey Park, we've been to a few of the campgrounds around Hershey and this is the best one by far. The staff was extremely friendly often stopping by in a cart to talk and say hello. The staff helped by referring us to area attractions and restaurants. The store was well stocked and had a little bit of everything. If you forget something on your trip you will find it in the store. We will be referring this place to our camper friends!

We've stayed in Hershey KOA over the Memorial Day weekend. The site was very clean and well-maintained. We've read the negative reviews for their staff. I don't see the reason. The staff we encountered was very kind and they were not rude at all. We arrived at night and the staff checked us in with a smile and they escorted us to our site. I did see the staff on golf carts and yes they did mention a rule or two on their site. But the rules were not unreasonable. But if you want a crazy party time and less restriction in exchange for less cleanness and quietness, this campground is probably not for you.

The playgrounds and mini golf were cute. My kids enjoyed spending time there. Also Hershey Park was within a short distance. Overall, we had a great time and we will definitely recommend Hershey KOA to our friends.
