We frequent this restaurant late evenings and for a fast food establishment, the food is usually very good. The frustration causing this review stems from poor lack of service at the drive up window. Not only did it take an extremely long time to receive the order, but when we did there were NO napkins in the bag but worse, NO utensils to eat the Frostys or Baked Potatoes?!? And, while on here, may I suggest rather than coming across with "What can I get you",etc., over the loudspeaker (before you can even get your car out of gear) it would be NICE to hear "Welcome to Wendys...let me know when you are ready to place your order", especially if you have to wait so long afterwards anyway.
