We were in town for a graduation and got a good AAA rate of $124 for 2 nights. At check in, the nice young man rattled off the information about all the services, etc. so fast we could barely keep up, but they were sold out that night and the phone kept ringing!

The breakfast area doubles as the business center too. The room is nicely laid out...as mentioned in another review, it has a full kitchenette, dining table for 2, desk, sofa and coffee table. We liked how the bathroom had the toilet and shower separate from the sink. There were also 3 drawers below the good-sized counter which were handy for storing items that you didn't need or want on the counter. They provided good toiletry items by Davies Gate. The showerhead was a little low for us however.

The bed was comfortable enough, but the sheets didn't quite fit them and came off on one corner during the night. The room was quiet as far as side neighbors, but we could hear loud footsteps coming from above each morning. Running the A/C on "fan only" didn't drown out that, but we never heard any traffic noise from outside. The housekeeping staff was very attentive and friendly!

The breakfast is pretty extensive...many items to choose from, but not a whole lot of whole grain items. I was glad I brought my own whole wheat bagels. It is nice that you can take breakfast to your room if you prefer.

The first night, we took advantage of the tables and chairs just outside the pool area. It was a nice spot to sit and visit with family. Wish they had an outdoor pool, or just some lounge chairs outside to catch some sun, but overall we were very happy with our stay at the Residence Inn!

Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights during a business trip to Exton. The rooms are in fact mini apartments, with a decent kitchen area, sitting area (with desk), separate bedroom, dressing area and bathroom. I was very pleasantly surprised as I was just expecting a single room. The rooms are very comfortably furnished and it was nice to have the ability to make food and drink for myself in the kitchen. Breakfast is included and served in thelounge but the hotel is happy for people to take their breakfasts back to their rooms - something I like when travelling alone. The pool is on the small side but perfectly adequate. There is no restaurant as such though they do offer free snacks early evening. Uno's - a typical american diner is literally 10 yards away which has a reasonable menu and will deliver to the hotel. Staff were friendly and attentive. My only slight niggle (and it is slight) is that the free internet stops working on the day of check out. As I was emailing with the UK every morning, this was a tad annoying.

A fine option for the area. Good breakfast, indoor pool, and very clean and reasonably-good-condition rooms and public areas. Suites aren't quite as spacious as in some of the more recently-built Residence Inns, but no complaints.

Alert!!!!!!! First, don't put the 10 North Pottstown Pike into the GPS. This will take you behind the main street shopping center. This address is wrong and you need to call the hotel for the real address. When I gave up looking, I called and they said that you need to put another address into GPS. They said the address was loaded wrong into the computer/GPS systems. When I got the correct address (I don't have it right now) I found it with no problem.
The staff at this Marriott were possibly the nicest Marriott staff I have encountered over the years. There was a staff named Brian and a women. They were so polite and helpful. They got us a room using our Marriott points and upgraded us to a suite for free. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was a very enjoyable stay and definitely would stay there again.

Stayed here for a second time to visit family. This is a very nice, well kept hotel with a very good staff. Room had a fireplace and kitchen and nice bathroom. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast in the morning was included and was also nice. Would stay here again. They only had queen beds so it wasn't a great choice to put my 2 teens in a room.

Stayed here with the family for a week and everything was great. Slight screw-up on check in as they forgot to have a crib ready for our baby. They admitted their mistake and got us one right away. It was really no trouble. Everything else was good. The kids loved the pool and the location was perfect for our travels.

Best service I have ever seen in any level of Marriott hotel. We stayed on our way to Lancaster for a kid's vacation. They had our check in materials ready, our name on a welcome sign, our extra pillows and towels from our hotel request waiting for us. Very helpful with directions and area stores, excellent breakfast. Very clean, warm pool area. Wonderful facility.
