Find out for yourself! We have stayed here several times, on our way south or to shop at the Prime Outlets. The service is wonderful (they treat us like family), it's really close to what we want, and we have come to rely on it for an example of how all Microtels should be. But I'm afraid not ALL Microtels are as good as this one. The wifi is fast and reliable to keep in touch with news and family.

My girlfriend and I spent the day in the Grove City area, at the mall and at Westminster College. We were just looking for a quiet, clean place to stay, and the Microtel had the best rates so we gave it a shot. It's a little farther up the road but it's away from mall traffic and the interstate, so it's also quieter.

The power was out in half of the building when we got there in the afternoon but it was quickly restored, and the AC worked well so it wasn't really an issue. The room wasn't huge, but big enough for the two of us and our bags. Bathroom was large and had a fan. The room had a bench/day bed along the window, which seemed like a nice place to sit and read with natural light, and we had a clear view of our car in the parking lot. The room was clean (there were some stains on the carpet in the hall, but nothing noticeable in the room itself) and quiet, even though it looked like all of the rooms filled up by that night. We were surprised by the huge mirror on the wall behind the bed, but if you're there as part of a romantic getaway, I could see how it could be fun. The staff were all helpful and friendly, at check in and breakfast the next morning - constantly re-stocking the food and drinks. Breakfast itself was surprisingly large, lots of variety, although nothing hot (all bagels, breads, yogurt, cereal, fruit, etc.).

Overall, a good deal (especially with a coupon) and no complaints. A fridge in the room would be nice for people staying more than one night. Free wireless internet was a nice touch. We would definitely stay again.

Microtel Inn&Suites is a great inexpensive hotel to stay at!! The staff is very friendly they are more than willing to help you with anything you need!! I would highly recommend, it is a very clean hotel better than most hotels. The lobby is a very welcoming place to sit and relax and watch tv or just read a book.

All we needed to do was stop driving and sleep. This place was modest, QUIET, clean, and convenient. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Price could not be beat. Will definitely stay again.

This economy motel is only a couple years old. It's conveniently located minutes from the Grove City outlet. It's modestly decorated. Very clean, which is the most important aspect for me and my friends as we were just there to sleep. The staff were friendly. The breakfast sufficient. I liked the fact that there was always staff around at breakfast to clean up and to make sure that none of the food ran out. It was the cheapest of the motels on the strip and also #1 on tripadvisor at the time we booked. We weren't disappointed. An additional bonus was that we could make free long distance calls within the U.S.

The problem with Grove City is that there's nowhere decent to eat. The nearby towns (Butler, Cranberry) which are both about 1/2 hour away had more selection.

This is our 5th or 6th time staying at Microtel. We’ve stayed at the Best Western before but for the value, it’s hard to beat Microtel. The hotel is only 2 kms from Prime Outlets and a few minutes from Rachael’s Roadhouse restaurant. This restaurant is a must. When we had one child, we stayed in the smaller room with one queen bed. This room is quite small (like a cruise ship room) so it’s not advisable if you have two kids. The regular sized room with two queen beds is quite roomy. The breakfast is a nice touch although I too feel there should be a waffle maker and some hard boiled eggs, sausages, bacon etc. But overall, a very good place to stay. I will continue to stay at this hotel for my future Prime Outlet shopping trips.
