This is a good place for Ribs and their salads are also quite good. The service can be slow during busy nights but nothing really outrageous. They do provide call ahead seating so that can save you some wait time. Be advised, if you have a large group, they will not seat your party until all have arrived. Overall well trained friendly staff and good food but the ribs have been exceptional every time.

“Great Value, Yummy Food, NICE servers”
Reviewed 13 March 2012

I've been here a couple of times but the last time I was here the service was just so awesome!
Besides the food (always yummy). I brought my boyfriend here for the first time. After the waitress found out it was his first time the smiling owner came over and gave him a parting gift. A giftcard for a free app, take out menu, and a bag to take home peanuts.
On top of this a random male server (not ours) came over and gave us a blue moon pint glass! He said it was because we ordered a certain steak? Never seen this before but was so grateful to say the least!
Waiters are so sweet and attentive. I've never been to another texas roadhouse location, hopefully they match up to Hanovers!

“As good as any truck stop steak...”
Reviewed 25 January 2012

We ordered the filet and the 20 oz ribeye. They raised the prices since we were there last early in the fall and the food and service went downhill. Our combo appetizer arrived with BBQ sauce on the wings instead of with sauce on the side and she took the whole plate back instead of bringing us new wings, so everything was ice cold by the time we got it. It took almost 25 minutes to get our appetizer (the first time) and close to an hour to get our entrees. Our steaks were overdone (but the pink lights overhead are to make them look more rare) but since we had already waited so long we didn't bother sending it back. When the manager came by to ask if we liked our meal we told him our concerns. He didn't offer an excuse or apology, just said "Hmm." and walked away. It was not horrible by any means but for what we paid for the meal we could have gotten a comparable meal for $9.99 at any truck stop on the highway.
